技术规格：

（1）下渣检测的型式：电磁涡流式。

（2）传感器环绕钢水罐底部水口安装，所检测的信号经过快速接头接入前置放大器或无线信号发射装置，通过有线或无线信号接收装置传输方式送到电气室。

（3）每个钢水罐上安装一个人工用快速接头与机器人用接口，传感器和钢水罐上的快速接头通过耐高温软电缆相连，电缆长度约3.5米。

（4）前置放大器或无线信号发射装置，安装在钢水罐回转台内，用耐高温电缆将快速接头的插座和前置放大器或无线信号发射装置相连，供机器人和人工使用，电缆长约30米。

（5）其它要求详见招标技术文件。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人合同签订日期自2018年1月1日至投标截止日，应具有8套及以上应用在板坯连铸机生产线的钢水罐下渣检测装置供货业绩。

（2）本项目不接受代理商投标。

（3）投标人应承诺设计资料采用的文字：中文或中英文。

（4）由于项目复杂、技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议，未能签订技术协议的投标人，其投标将被否决，若签订的技术协议与招标文件有差异时，以招标文件为准（欧冶工业品股份有限公司联系人：迟颖137*****926）。

1． The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：

The name：Ladle Slag Detection Device

Quantity：1 set

Technical specifications：

（1）The type of slag detection: electromagnetic eddy current.

（2）The sensor is installed around the bottom water outlet of the ladle. The detected signal is connected to the preamplifier or wireless signal transmitter through a quick connector, and then transmitted to the electrical room through a wired or wireless signal receiver.

（3）A quick connector for manual use and a robotic interface are installed on each ladle. The sensor and the quick connector on the ladle are connected by a high-temperature resistant flexible cable, with a cable length of approximately 3.5 meters.

（4）The preamplifier or wireless signal transmitter is installed inside the ladle rotary table, and is connected to the socket of the quick connector and the preamplifier or wireless signal transmitter through a high-temperature resistant cable, which is available for both robotic and manual use. The cable length is approximately 30 meters.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

（1）From January 1st, 2018 to the bidding deadline, the bidder shall have a track record of supplying 8 or more ladle slag detection devices that have been applied in the production line of slab CCMs.

（2）Bids from agents are unacceptable.

（3）The bidder shall undertake to use Chinese or Chinese-English for the design data.

（4）Due to the complexity and high technical requirements of the project, any bidder wishing to participate in this project shall contact the tenderee for technical communication and sign the technical agreement before the bid opening. Bids from bidders who fail to sign the technical agreement will be rejected. In the event of difference between the signed technical agreement and the tendering document, the latter shall prevail (Ouyeel Contact: Chi Ying 137*****926).
