2.3招标内容：5G专网部分部署5套5G宏站，25套5G皮基站用于其他重要场景区域进行补盲，确保覆盖招标人厂区室外重要装置区，包含但不限于粒状硅、超纯硅、硅烷生产区、工业气体、废水废气处理以及厂区其他生产重点区域，厂区内用于覆盖招标人生产厂区，装置区部署。Wi-Fi部分需要覆盖招标人生活区公寓楼（2&larr、3&larr、4&larr）、行政区办公楼（1-4层）、中控室CCR、维修车间及备品备件仓库、公用工程控制室、多晶硅实验室、硅烷充装25区、硅烷安全中心、硅烷尾气处理单元变配电所 MCC-11控制室等室内区域。以及5G专网管理平台、5G专网维护服务、无线网络覆盖服务的技术服务、人员培训、相关证件办理和设备维护及安装调试等相关内容；具体内容详见招标文件技术规格书。

4.5投标人需要发票的，须通过平台“发票管理”模块进行操作。招标文件费用及邮购费发票由招标代理机构出具增值税电子普通发票，发送至投标人维护的电子邮箱。平台交易服务费发票由中招联合信息股份有限公司（以下简称平台公司）自动出具增值税电子普通发票，投标人可在支付后3个工作日内登陆前述模块下载。非因招标代理机构或平台公司原因，发票一经开具不予退换。
