2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：境外投标人交货地点为CIF 中国天津港；境内投标人交货地点为山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司项目现场

交货时间：境外投标人合同生效后17个月内FOB，一批；境内投标人合同生效后17个月内交货

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;

（3）由于项目复杂、技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议，未能签订技术协议的投标人，其投标将被否决，若签订的技术协议与招标文件有差异时，以招标文件为准（欧冶工业品股份有限公司联系人：迟颖137*****926）；

Delivery time：FOB within 17 months after the effective date of the overseas bidder contract, one batch; delivery within 17 months after the domestic bidder"s contract takes effect

Delivery place：The delivery location for overseas bidders is CIF Tianjin Port, China; The delivery location for domestic bidders is the project site of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.

Please make sure you have registered and passed through the annual review before bidding. The awarding will be publicized on China International Bidding Website.

(3)Given the complexity and high technical requirements of the project, any bidder wishing to participate in the project shall have technical exchange meetings and sign technical agreements with the tenderee before bid opening. If the bidder fails to sign a technical agreement, its bid will be rejected. If there is any difference between a signed technical agreement and bidding document, bidding document shall prevail.
