Shanghai Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “the Tendering Agent”), as entrusted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (hereinafter called ”the Tenderee“), cordially invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following goods by way of international competitive bidding.

现招标人资金已到位，具备了招标条件。/Now, as the Tenderee’s funds have been put in place, the Tenderee satisfies the bidding conditions.

在周期0.5～4.5s内能产生稳定的规则波。
合同签订后7个月内。/CIF Shanghai within 7 months upon the signing of the contract.

3、投标人资格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

1)投标人在中华人民共和国境内外注册且具有独立的法人资格，能提供上述产品及相应服务的代理商或生产厂家；

1) The bidder is registered within the territory of the Peoples Republic of China or oversea and has independent legal person qualification, and agents or manufacturers for the furnishing of the above products and corresponding services;

2)必须提供所投产品的生产商针对本次招标项目出具的独家授权书；

2) The bidder must provide the exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the offered product in the bidding project;

3)具有招标文件中所需设备的供货和售后服务的能力；

3) The bidder has the ability to provide the equipment and after-sales services for the equipment required in the bid;

4、本次招标不接受联合体投标。/ Joint bids are not accepted.

5、招标文件的获取 / Acquisition of Bidding Documents

招标文件购买时间：2015-12-15 到2015-12-22，每天（节假日除外） 9 时至 11 时 30 分，13 时 30 分至 16 时（北京时间）

/Time of Selling Bidding Documents: 9:00-11:30, 13:30-16:00 from December 15th, 2015 to December 22nd, 2015 on working days (Beijing Time).

招标文件发售地点：上海市长寿路285号恒达广场16楼（上海机电设备招标有限公司）

招标文件售价：每套售价: 500 元人民币，或 85 美元，中国境内邮购另加邮资 60 元人民币，中国境外邮购另加邮资 60 美元，售后不退。

/Price of Bidding Documents: RMB 500 , or USD 85 for each set. For mail order, the documents will be sent at an additional cost of RMB 60 (for domestic delivery) or USD 60 (for overseas delivery). The payment is non-refundable.
