3投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1境内企业须具有独立法人资格，提供有效营业执照复
印件对于境外企业，根据该国地区的法律，提供在主要制造厂地址注册的有关证明
文件。 2自 2018 年 1 月 1 日起以合同签订时间为准至今具有至少 3 份运行一年以上，
单套规模 80000Nm3/hO2或以上等级设计制造的汽驱空分装置国内项目业绩，且具有
至少 2 份运行一年以上单套规模 60000Nm3/hO2或以上等级设计制造的电驱空分装置
国内项目业绩，以上提供的业绩必须是已通过性能考核并验收合格一年及以上提供经用
户签署的性能考核合格的证明，并以该证明签署时间为准，业绩须提供签订的合同复印
件内容至少应包含首页供货范围页签字页如合同中无法体现出上述要求，可提供

Overview：The whole set of air separation unit for ChinaCoal Yulin Coal Deep Processing
Base Project includes air compressor unit, booster unit, cold box, internal equipment, purif
ication system, gas expander, liquid expander, cryogenic liquid pump, valves (regulating v
alve, hand valve, check valve, safety valve, etc.), relevant instruments, electrical equipmen
t, start-up spare parts and 2-year spare parts, etc. See appendices for details.

3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：1) A domestic enterprise shall have independent legal person
ality and provide valid business license for overseas enterprises, provide relevant supporti
ng documents registered at the address of the major manufacturer in accordance with the
laws of the country (region). 2) At least 3 domestic projects of steam driven air separatio
n units designed and manufactured with a single scale of 80,000 Nm3/h (O2) or above a
nd operated for more than one year since January 1, 2018 at least 2 domestic projects o
f electric drive air separation unit designed and manufactured with single scale of 60,000
Nm3/h (O2) or above and operated for more than one year since Janaury 1, 2018. The p
erformances above must have passed the performance assessment and the acceptance test f
or at least 1 year (provide the certificate of passing the performance assessment signed b
y the user the time when the certificate is signed shall prevail). As for performance, a c
opy of the signed contract shall be provided (the contract provided shall at least include t
he first page, page of supply scope and signature page. If the above requirements cannot
be reflected in the contract, technical documents can be provided instead)
