技术规格：

（1）退火炉应采用先进、成熟、可靠、符合环保要求的工艺技术和设备；

（2）在质量控制、钢种切换、故障预警等方面采用智能化的控制方法；

（3）建立炉内气氛、温度的数学模型，炉内压力模型等，为工艺调整提供技术依据；

（4）通过使用机器学习模型预测最有可能发生事故的时间，确定维护关键设备的最佳时间；

（5）其它技术参数详见招标文件技术部分。

资金来源：现汇项目

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：CIF上海港

交货时间：合同签订后15个月内（FOB）

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;

（3）投标人应具有硅钢或碳钢或不锈钢退火炉设备的设计和设备供货业绩；

Technical specifications：

（1）The annealing furnace shall adopt advanced, mature, reliable process technology and equipment meeting the environmental protection requirements；

（2）Intelligent control methods should be adopted in quality control, steel grade switching and fault warning；

（3）The mathematical models of atmosphere, temperature and pressure in the furnace should be established, so as to provide technical basis for process adjustment；

（4）By using machine learning models, the system can predict when an accident is most likely to occur in order to determine the best time to maintain critical equipment；

（5）Other technical parameters are detailed in the technical section of the bidding documents.

（2）Not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) on the list of people subject to enforcement for dishonesty；

（3）The Tenderer shall have a track record of designing and supplying equipment for annealing furnace equipment for silicon steel or carbon steel or stainless steel；

（5）Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, any bidder wishing to participate in the project should contact the tenderer to carry out technical exchanges and sign technical attachments before the bid opening.
