1、星级要求：四星级（含）以上酒店，如由于城市条件限制可以选择三星级酒店。

2、价格要求：供应商提供的价格必须低于市场价格。

Price:thepriceshallbelowerthanthemarketprice.

3、房型要求：供应商需有标准单人间与标准双人间。

Roomtype:standardsingleroomandstandardtwinroom.

4、安全要求：满足国家法律规定的消防安全、车辆安全、餐食安全、客房安全和其他设施安全的要求。

5、餐食要求：用餐时间,早餐：5:40-10:00、午餐：10:50-13:30、晚餐：17:00-20:30、夜宵：20：30后。

6、结算要求：供应商需在每月底将清单、结算发票、账单附件（飞行任务书、用餐登记表、费用总账单、车辆登记表、洗衣单）寄给采购单位审核。

7、其他要求：免费提供洗衣服务、免费上网服务、免费健身服务等增值服务。
