1)公司简介（含营业执照）；Company profile (including business license);

2) 承运厂商必须具有企业法人营业执照、《中华人民共和国道路运输经营许可证》营运范围需要有危险货物运输(3类)、司机的上岗证、押运员的押运证等符合国家危险货物运输的相关证件，并提供司机的驾驶证及油罐车的行驶证复印件和油罐车对应的有效的汽油容积表。

The carrier musthave a business license as a legal representative of the enterprise, a RoadTransport Business License of the Peoples Republic of China, and otherrelevant documents that comply with the national requirements for thetransportation of dangerous goods (Class 3), a drivers work permit, and anescorts escort certificate. The carrier must also provide a copy of the driversdrivers license, a copy of the driving license of the oil tank truck, and avalid gasoline volume table corresponding to the oil tank truck.
