甲乙双方就浙江万向马瑞利减震器有限公司减震器阴极电泳涂装线项目,进行了广泛交流和深入细致的讨论,现达成一致意见,由甲方委托乙方对汽车配件阴极电泳涂装线进行设计、制造、安装、调试、培训,形成技术协议如下:

In regards to cathodic electrophoresis coating line project, party A and B have carried out several in-depth discussions, and finally reached consensus. Now, party B is delegated by party A to design, manufacture, install, debug and train in reference to cathodic electrophoresis coating line of auto parts. The formation of technical agreement is as follows:

1.Project Target:

The main aim of this project is to purchase a complete painting facility based on electro coating deposition in order to improve the quality and the productivity as well. Painting facilities will be installed in the Hangzhou City –Zhejiang–China, respecting available area and logistic conditions defined in this document.

The Capacity of this project is 6 Million per year

This general specification has also the objective to give guidelines for potential machine manufacturers for preparing quotation of the shock absorber Ecoat painting line.

TheWXMM considers being an integral part of the quotation the suggestion of technical modification, in all the workstations of the equipment to make it more simple, cheap, efficient and reliable and will take these suggestions into consideration in the choice of supplier.

4.Insulation need to have special design to guarantee the minimum temperature on the external panels of the oven. Triple isolation (mineral wool, air zone, mineral wool) will be preferred.

5.Recycle fans, suction fan and heat exchanger must be including in the facilities.

6.Heat exchanger equipped with combustion chamber in AISI 430 stainless steel.

7.Gas burner must consider security and control equipment

8.Control devices (temperature control with low and high temperature setting with sound and light alarm); temperature indicator; thermo resistances for temperature survey.

9.Illuminations (include mobile lamps near each door, so that operator can decide where put it in the interior, during the maintenance).

10.Furnace thermal insulation material is made of high quality rock wool, 180 mm thick, unit weight of 100 kg/m3. Furnace adopt international advanced technology design, outer wall temperature and room temperature difference <10℃.

11.Heating device use gas furnace indirect heating, has economic operation safety, etc advantages. Heated from room temperature to the set temperature is less than 30 minutes, so as to ensure the work efficiency.

12.Hot air circulation device is composed of centrifugal embedded blower, hot air circulation air volume damper, the circulation line and hot air filter, etc, so as to draw on air from upside and send air from bottom, air convection circulation, uniform temperature, temperature difference ≤±5℃ inside the furnace. Ensure that the workpieces are heated evenly, color is consistent, meet the requirement of product quality. Furnace cycle index is 3-4 times/minutes.

13.Temperature control adopts temperature control instrument to control the furnace temperature, using multi-point temperature measurement display in the temperature control area, one point temperature control is liquid crystal display (with 6 test points, four on the top of booth and one at the entry of the heating furnace ). Which has small temperature difference, long operating life, high sensitivity, convenient operation advantages

14.Over temperature protection system, close heating system timely and send out sound and light alarm signal if over temperature happens.

-EDC烘箱 ;

9.照明(包括每扇门附近移动灯,操作工在维修期间可以在内部放置)

10.炉体保温材料采用优质岩棉,厚180mm,容重100kg/m3。炉体采用国际先进技术设计,外壁与室温相差<10℃。

11.加热装置采用燃气热风炉间接加热,具有运行经济,安全等优点。加热时从室温升至设定温度少于30分钟,从而保证了全线的工作效率。

12.热风循环装置是通过离心嵌入式风机、热风循环风量调节门、循环管路及热空气过滤等组成,作用是使炉内热空气形成上吸下送风,空气对流循环,温度均匀,温差≤±5℃。确保工件受热均匀、颜色一致,满足产品质量要求。炉内循环次数3-4次/min。

13.温度控制是温控仪表来控制炉内温度,在控温区域采用多点测温显示,一点控制(室体顶部测试点4个,加热炉出入风口各1个,共计6个)温度液晶显示。它具有温差小、寿命长、仪表灵敏度高,使用操作方便。

14.设置超温保护系统,遇超温及时关闭加热系统并发出声光报警信号。

4.24.The construction of the machine must follow the rules of China. Other items not covered by these rules must have their doubts answered by WXMM.

4.25.The FMEA of design must be validated by WXMM before the start of equipment manufacture phase;

4.26.Full Design of the whole system containing process flowchart layout and installation must be sent in electronic file AutoCAD software;

4.27.The calculation of all items that involve risks to operators, factory and peripherals, Environment and the Equipment system;

4.28.Remark: The supplier must be aware that the WXMM is buying the machine with its project. Because this is a crucial point in the negotiations, if the supplier deems that the delivery of the complete project is not possible, should inform in which parts of the project will be delivered and which will not. 6.3.Pneumatic System 气动系统

7.Other Specifications 其他规范

7.1.The machine must go into standby when running out of operation for more than 15 minutes, stopping motors and other devices that have high energy consumption but do not offer it takes to restart the process. 7.10.Luminaires for the specific area of operation must be of the type HO-T5.

7.11. The machine must be developed using all possible methods to prevent human error;

7.12.The machine must be constructed predicting a self-diagnosis function;

7.13.The fixing screws of parts that require inspection and/or retightening must be provided "sealed" (marked position);

7.14.The machine must have system to ensure equal distribution of forces to ensure greater stability;

7.15.The machine must be designed to not propagate resonate at any speed operation requested in the project;

7.25.The pressurized hoses (especially of the hydraulic system) must have locks for steel cable so that if there is rupture of the hose connector does not thrown against the operator;

7.26.The lubrication points, adjustment and inspection must be located outside danger zones;

7.27.If a machine is connected to another in line, the security emergency stop must stop all other machines of the line;

7.29.The equipment must be designed to have fixation flexibility of tooling for existing or future products and devices;

7.30.The design of the machine should guarantee that components with needs of periodic exchanges have easy access. These components should not be removed and inbridually placed (it is necessary to draw and put another component to their exchange). The idea is to avoid safety problems, excessive loss of time and the need of special tools or specialized labor. There should not be also on the machine, parts that need to be cleaned without difficult access to the operator;

7.31.Lubrication Points, level indicators, voltmeters, ammeters, gauges or any other instruments of parameters control and maintenance should be external to the machine, in easy and accessible locations, as much as possible in the operator’s eyes high, without any other component forward which could make it harder for their immediate viewing;

7.32.The design of the machine should, whenever possible, consider components that are easily found on the market. When it is not possible to meet this condition, the supplier must indicate the component in the list of items to be kept in stock. These special component list, must be supplied together with the consumable standard components or tools have to be supplied toWXMM with the machine;

7.33.The machine screws must be in metric standard;

8.Visual Indicators视觉指标

· The hydraulic reservoir tanks needs to have level indicators of minimum and maximum and send a signal to the PLC to stop the machine if there is not enough fluid to operate without risk of damage to components;

· The control components must be identified and be visible to the operator / maintenance technicians;

· All gauges must be the same color and possess indication of what the ideal working range (green) and which zone should be avoided (red);

11.Operation操作

· The automatic operations must be programmed so that the operator does not need monitors them and in the case of anomalies in the system the machine must indicate through signalman bright and or audible, presenting in the display (HMI) what are the possible reasons for the failure;

· Analysis of Muri / Mura in attendance at the organization of the work station.

· The equipment should ensure that the parts that have their cycle interrupted byower outage only leave the equipment after the complete cycle.

· The equipment must have fast changeover system. The maximum changeover time can’t be higher than 10 min.

· In "changeover" mode the machine should have the option to perform all movements necessary to produce an item step by step. The logic of the equipment should have the security needed to not allow movements that may cause a collision, breakage or risk of accident

· The fans of engines must possess filter;*

13.Project Following 项目跟进

13.1.The supplier should consider in its proposal trips to plant of the WXMM in Hangzhou, MG in early stages to discuss the project;

13.2.The supplier should allow as many times as is needed to visit the WXMM in your plant for monitoring of the project, construction and try-out of machine;

14.Transportation 运输

14.1.The transportation of equipment until the WXMM of Hangzhouis responsibility of the manufacturer.

14.2.The dimensions of the equipment must be informed prior to the WXMM, in the design phase for arrangement of layout, transport, internal movement, equipment access to the plant and assessment of the need for brision of the machine into parts;

14.3.The amount of packaging to transport the machine should be optimized;

14.4.The quantity of parts to be delivered should be informed the WXMMin advance, including in this information weight and size of the parties;

14.5.The parts, when can be discharged with lift trucks of up to 3.0 tons, must be on pallets;

15.Approval Criteria 批准标准

15.1.Pre-Design 预设计:

· Must be sent by the supplier along with the quotation information sufficient to which can be understood by the concept of theWXMM machine / equipment that is being proposed, this information preferably should be passed with the aid of drawings to facilitate visualization of the system.

15.2.Detailed Design详细设计:

Before starting the equipment manufacturing, the supplier should send the drawings of the whole project for review and approval fromWXMM. Only after this approval the supplier will be authorized to start the manufacture and/or purchase of parts and components;

Remark: The entire project/system, independent of its approval byWXMM is the responsibility of the supplier, as well as being responsible for any single event not operational which will result in poorly functioning of equipment, non-compliance with legislation and standards, not meeting targets and items described in this scope.

15.3.Installation and Try out 安装与调试

In the Supplier Plant 在供应商工厂;

· There will be scheduled two visits in the supplier plant. The first visit will verify the compliance with the process and/or initial design and also timing chart. The second one will be the final tryout and subsequent release of the equipment;

· It is determined that, if a third visit to the supplier becomes necessary, because of poor construction, delays or any other reason, the costs of air tickets, food, local transportation and accommodation of the technicians, according to standard Marelli limits, will be charged to the supplier;

· The equipment should be tested on the supplier plant for a period of not less than 8 (eight) hours with a stop for 1 (one) hour for lunch. During this production period, the productivity of the equipment should meet the item 2.2 of this scope, as much as all other items already detailed;

· 有安排两次在供应商工厂走访。第一次访问确认工艺流程和/或初始设计和时间计划表。第二个将是最终的预验收;

In the WXMM Plant WXMM工厂;

· After the installation of the equipment atWXMM plant, a similar test will be performed for the same period of not less than 8 (eight) hours with a stop for 1 (one) hour for lunch with a mandatory monitoring of a technician hired by the supplier. The productivity should meet once again the results requested in item 2.2 of this scope as much as all other items already detailed. If any one of these items doesn’t meet this scope, the supplier should maintain its technician in the WXMM plant until the solution of the problems identified. The supplier will be responsible for its technician expenses as much as components or any other necessary costs to solve appropriately the problems identified;

· The equipment installation (electrical energy and utilities) will be the responsibility of theWXMM, the connection of the electrical components, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic will be the responsibility of the supplier.

· The supplier must clean the area after the installation of the equipment;

· The costs related to the startup of the machine are the responsibility of the supplier;

· The index of capability accepted for the products made by the machine / equipment must be higher or equal to 1.67. The index lower than 1.67 only will be accepted when agreed before the purchasing order of machine / equipment and formalized with this change in this scope;

· Must fully guarantee DPCA Standard B15 5220 , The thickness of painting is 15-25um, The salt spray test more than 720 hours

· Method of Calculation - Standard Production & Efficiency;

o Cycle time = 1.000 parts/ hour (85% of efficiency). Rem.: The information must be in the quotation;

o OEE Efficiency ≥ 85%, calculated by formula:

o [The average of one hour of production / cycle time] x 100

o (OEE involves current cycle time and project charts and average quality)

o The average of one hour of production must be calculated using the time that the machine effectively did the cycle (not considering the time that the machine remain stopped due to programmed interventions, like lunchtime, coffee, labor gymnastics, preventive maintenance, etc.);

o Utilization of equipment = 20 hour / day à 6 day / week à 12 month / year;

17.Delivery Conditions of Equipment 设备交货条件

17.1.The equipment should be delivered with the first load of supplies, including their full specifications in the manual. (Ex.: lubrication oil, refrigerant, parts that suffer wear, etc). Will be supplied by WXMM only oil for hydraulic unit;

17.2.In technical delivery of the machine, the operators and maintenance people of equipment should be trained by the supplier in the plant of the WXMM;

17.3.The supplier have to provide the training on mechanical and electronic maintenance of the equipment, with didactic material, Chinese translation, at WXMM plant, for at least 5 people and minimum 20 hours without burden to WMM;

17.4.The supplier have to provide the training on operation and programming of the equipment, with didactic material, Chinese translation, at WXMM plant, for at least 5 people and minimum 20 hours without burden to WXMM;

17.1.交付的设备应附带设施,包括规范手册。(例:润滑油、制冷剂、耐损件,等等)。马瑞利只提供液压油;

In regards to cathodic electrophoresis coating line project, party A and B have carried out several in-depth discussions, and finally reached consensus. Now, party B is delegated by party A to design, manufacture, install, debug and train in reference to cathodic electrophoresis coating line of auto parts. The formation of technical agreement is as follows:

1.Project Target:

The main aim of this project is to purchase a complete painting facility based on electro coating deposition in order to improve the quality and the productivity as well. Painting facilities will be installed in the Hangzhou City –Zhejiang–China, respecting available area and logistic conditions defined in this document.

· The pneumatic system must be equipped with silencers to reduce noise during operation of the machine;

· The machine must be provided with pressure regulator with pressure gauge, lubricator and dehumidifier with trap;

· If an electrical component may suffer damage or operator may be at risk in case of lack of air, the pressure switch should be digital and send signal to the machine making a safe stop;

· The machine must have the control valve to gradually increase the air pressure in the first drive and after intervals to avoid sudden drives;

· All hoses must be identified in the 2 ends and match the pneumatic scheme;

· All moving parts, especially those that have large bending moment must be fitted with devices to ensure the balancing of the same.

· The machine must be restarted easily after an emergency stop;

· In case the machine needs a specific purity of compressed air or require that it lacks any trace of water, coalescing filters and air dryers should be provided with the equipment;

7.Other Specifications 其他规范

7.1.The machine must go into standby when running out of operation for more than 15 minutes, stopping motors and other devices that have high energy consumption but do not offer it takes to restart the process. Temperature control systems for example should not be disconnected without specific operator command;

7.2.Electric motors should be high performance with≥ 95%;

7.3. Machines with electric motors above 7.5 HP shall have automatic capacitor bank to correct the power factor;

7.5.All identifications of the machine and HMI screens should be inChinese;

7.6.The equipment must be designed to be as compact as possible;

7.7.The equipment must be made taking into consideration that the parts of the machine do not obstruct the panels;

7.8.The electrical grounding of the machine should be done so that in case of electrical discharge current cannot pass through bearings or sensitive equipment;

7.9.Luminaires supplied with the machine must be high-efficiency;

7.10.Luminaires for the specific area of operation must be of the type HO-T5.

7.11. The machine must be developed using all possible methods to prevent human error;

7.12.The machine must be constructed predicting a self-diagnosis function;

7.13.The fixing screws of parts that require inspection and/or retightening must be provided "sealed" (marked position);

7.14.The machine must have system to ensure equal distribution of forces to ensure greater stability;

7.15.The machine must be designed to not propagate resonate at any speed operation requested in the project;

7.16.If necessary the development of fixations for parts, they cannot leave marks or damage the part geometry;

7.17.The pushbuttons drive must be situated between 95mm and 105mm from the floor where the operator drives the machine level;

7.18.Panels with visual indication should be within sight of the operator and located at eye level;

7.19.The machine must not have sharp edges or corners that offer risk to the operator / maintenance technicial

7.20.The moving parts of the machine should be painted orange RAL 2003;

7.21.The machine must be provided in white color RAL 9010;

7.22.All utilities inputs of the machine must be performed with rigid tube and with 3 parts ball valve in stainless steel CF8M 316 indicating the direction;

7.23.If the machine has filters, they should allow their exchange without stopping the equipment and safety;

7.24.All hydraulics units, regardless of size must have heat exchanger shell type and tube water cooled.

7.25.The pressurized hoses (especially of the hydraulic system) must have locks for steel cable so that if there is rupture of the hose connector does not thrown against the operator;

7.26.The lubrication points, adjustment and inspection must be located outside danger zones;

7.27.If a machine is connected to another in line, the security emergency stop must stop all other machines of the line;

7.28.The replacement of critical parts, tools and devices must be designed assuming that the concepts of SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die);

7.29.The equipment must be designed to have fixation flexibility of tooling for existing or future products and devices;

7.30.The design of the machine should guarantee that components with needs of periodic exchanges have easy access. These components should not be removed and inbridually placed (it is necessary to draw and put another component to their exchange). The idea is to avoid safety problems, excessive loss of time and the need of special tools or specialized labor. There should not be also on the machine, parts that need to be cleaned without difficult access to the operator;

7.31.Lubrication Points, level indicators, voltmeters, ammeters, gauges or any other instruments of parameters control and maintenance should be external to the machine, in easy and accessible locations, as much as possible in the operator’s eyes high, without any other component forward which could make it harder for their immediate viewing;

7.32.The design of the machine should, whenever possible, consider components that are easily found on the market. When it is not possible to meet this condition, the supplier must indicate the component in the list of items to be kept in stock. These special component list, must be supplied together with the consumable standard components or tools have to be supplied toWXMM with the machine;

7.33.The machine screws must be in metric standard;

7.1.机器操作停止如果超过15分钟,必须进入待机,停止电机和其他高能耗设备,重启,但是保留某些必要设备。例如温度控制系统没有特定的操作指令不应断开;

8.Visual Indicators视觉指标

· The hydraulic reservoir tanks needs to have level indicators of minimum and maximum and send a signal to the PLC to stop the machine if there is not enough fluid to operate without risk of damage to components;

· The control components must be identified and be visible to the operator / maintenance technicians;

· All gauges must be the same color and possess indication of what the ideal working range (green) and which zone should be avoided (red);

· All verification instruments fully functioning equipment (Example: gauges, voltmeters, ammeters, etc.) should be in a visible location for operators and maintenance technicians, situated as close as possible to the line of sight;

· All hoses must have visual identifiers flow direction;

· In case of emergency drive the machine must be driven to a safe stop and not simply the stop of its activity;

· Any failure of safety devices, the machine must not operate or move the moving parts;

·The hydraulic units, fluids and storage tanks should have containment basin which is capable of receiving the whole volume of the liquid in the event of leakage;

· Must be provided safety report of machines including the memorial of calculation for distance of the security barrier and pictures indicative of where you can find the safety devices;

· Machine must to have a stack light for indicate the machine state;

· Cable surrounding all the conveyor line connected with emergency stop button and be positioned in an easy position to be actuated by operators.

11.Operation操作

· The automatic operations must be programmed so that the operator does not need monitors them and in the case of anomalies in the system the machine must indicate through signalman bright and or audible, presenting in the display (HMI) what are the possible reasons for the failure;

· Analysis of Muri / Mura in attendance at the organization of the work station.

· The equipment should ensure that the parts that have their cycle interrupted byower outage only leave the equipment after the complete cycle.

· The equipment must have fast changeover system. The maximum changeover time can’t be higher than 10 min.

· In "changeover" mode the machine should have the option to perform all movements necessary to produce an item step by step. The logic of the equipment should have the security needed to not allow movements that may cause a collision, breakage or risk of accident

· Air-conditioning equipment must possess filter;

· The fans of engines must possess filter;*

13.1.The supplier should consider in its proposal trips to plant of the WXMM in Hangzhou, MG in early stages to discuss the project;

13.2.The supplier should allow as many times as is needed to visit the WXMM in your plant for monitoring of the project, construction and try-out of machine;

14.Transportation 运输

14.1.The transportation of equipment until the WXMM of Hangzhouis responsibility of the manufacturer.

14.2.The dimensions of the equipment must be informed prior to the WXMM, in the design phase for arrangement of layout, transport, internal movement, equipment access to the plant and assessment of the need for brision of the machine into parts;

14.3.The amount of packaging to transport the machine should be optimized;

14.4.The quantity of parts to be delivered should be informed the WXMMin advance, including in this information weight and size of the parties;

14.5.The parts, when can be discharged with lift trucks of up to 3.0 tons, must be on pallets;

15.Approval Criteria 批准标准

15.1.Pre-Design 预设计:

· Must be sent by the supplier along with the quotation information sufficient to which can be understood by the concept of theWXMM machine / equipment that is being proposed, this information preferably should be passed with the aid of drawings to facilitate visualization of the system.

· 供应商发送时附带报价信息,信息足够马瑞利理解设备概念。此信息最好带有辅助图纸以便于理解

15.2.Detailed Design详细设计:

Before starting the equipment manufacturing, the supplier should send the drawings of the whole project for review and approval fromWXMM. Only after this approval the supplier will be authorized to start the manufacture and/or purchase of parts and components;

Remark: The entire project/system, independent of its approval byWXMM is the responsibility of the supplier, as well as being responsible for any single event not operational which will result in poorly functioning of equipment, non-compliance with legislation and standards, not meeting targets and items described in this scope.

在启动设备制造之前,供应商应该发送整个项目的图纸审核。在审核完成后供应商开始制造和/或购买零部件;

15.3.Installation and Try out 安装与调试

In the Supplier Plant 在供应商工厂;

· There will be scheduled two visits in the supplier plant. The first visit will verify the compliance with the process and/or initial design and also timing chart. The second one will be the final tryout and subsequent release of the equipment;

· It is determined that, if a third visit to the supplier becomes necessary, because of poor construction, delays or any other reason, the costs of air tickets, food, local transportation and accommodation of the technicians, according to standard Marelli limits, will be charged to the supplier;

· The equipment should be tested on the supplier plant for a period of not less than 8 (eight) hours with a stop for 1 (one) hour for lunch. During this production period, the productivity of the equipment should meet the item 2.2 of this scope, as much as all other items already detailed;

· 有安排两次在供应商工厂走访。第一次访问确认工艺流程和/或初始设计和时间计划表。第二个将是最终的预验收;

· 如果必要第三次访问供应商,由于施工质量差,延误或其他任何原因,机票,食品、当地的交通和住宿,根据马瑞利标准,将由供应商支付;

In the WXMM Plant WXMM工厂;

· After the installation of the equipment atWXMM plant, a similar test will be performed for the same period of not less than 8 (eight) hours with a stop for 1 (one) hour for lunch with a mandatory monitoring of a technician hired by the supplier. The productivity should meet once again the results requested in item 2.2 of this scope as much as all other items already detailed. If any one of these items doesn’t meet this scope, the supplier should maintain its technician in the WXMM plant until the solution of the problems identified. The supplier will be responsible for its technician expenses as much as components or any other necessary costs to solve appropriately the problems identified;

· The equipment installation (electrical energy and utilities) will be the responsibility of theWXMM, the connection of the electrical components, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic will be the responsibility of the supplier.

· The supplier must clean the area after the installation of the equipment;

· The costs related to the startup of the machine are the responsibility of the supplier;

· The index of capability accepted for the products made by the machine / equipment must be higher or equal to 1.67. The index lower than 1.67 only will be accepted when agreed before the purchasing order of machine / equipment and formalized with this change in this scope;

· Must fully guarantee DPCA Standard B15 5220 , The thickness of painting is 15-25um, The salt spray test more than 720 hours

· Method of Calculation - Standard Production & Efficiency;

o Cycle time = 1.000 parts/ hour (85% of efficiency). Rem.: The information must be in the quotation;

o OEE Efficiency ≥ 85%, calculated by formula:

o [The average of one hour of production / cycle time] x 100

o (OEE involves current cycle time and project charts and average quality)

o The average of one hour of production must be calculated using the time that the machine effectively did the cycle (not considering the time that the machine remain stopped due to programmed interventions, like lunchtime, coffee, labor gymnastics, preventive maintenance, etc.);

o Utilization of equipment = 20 hour / day à 6 day / week à 12 month / year;

· 必须充分保证DPCA B15 5220的标准,漆膜厚度15-25um盐雾试验满足大于720小时

· 计算方法——标准生产和效率;

· 周期时间= 1000件 /小时(85%效率)。

· OEE效率≥85%,计算公式:

· (平均一个小时的生产/周期时间]x 100

· (OEE涉及当前的周期时间和项目图表和平均质量)

· 平均一个小时的生产计算必须使用机器有效周期(不考虑由于程序干预造成的机器停机时间,如午餐时间,咖啡,劳动体操,预防性维护,等等);

· 设备利用= 20小时/天, 6天/周,12月/年;

17.Delivery Conditions of Equipment 设备交货条件

17.1.The equipment should be delivered with the first load of supplies, including their full specifications in the manual. (Ex.: lubrication oil, refrigerant, parts that suffer wear, etc). Will be supplied by WXMM only oil for hydraulic unit;

17.2.In technical delivery of the machine, the operators and maintenance people of equipment should be trained by the supplier in the plant of the WXMM;

17.3.The supplier have to provide the training on mechanical and electronic maintenance of the equipment, with didactic material, Chinese translation, at WXMM plant, for at least 5 people and minimum 20 hours without burden to WMM;

17.4.The supplier have to provide the training on operation and programming of the equipment, with didactic material, Chinese translation, at WXMM plant, for at least 5 people and minimum 20 hours without burden to WXMM;

17.1.交付的设备应附带设施,包括规范手册。(例:润滑油、制冷剂、耐损件,等等)。马瑞利只提供液压油;

17.2.机器技术交付时,操作人员和维护人员应该由供应商在WXMM培训;

17.3.供应商必须提供设备机电维修培训,培训教材是中文,在马瑞利工厂,至少5人最低20小时;

17.4.供应商必须提供设备的操作和程序培训, ,在马瑞利工厂,至少5人最低20小时;

18.Warranty & Technical Assistance 保修与技术支持 :

18.1.Minimum of 01 year warranty of operation from the date of final approval;

18.2.Technical assistance service during the warranty period without burden to WXMM in a maximum period of 48 hours;

18.3.Replacement of parts with any manufacturing defects without burden to WXMM;

18.4.Forty eight hours after the supplier be aware of any problem the supplier will be responsible for losses of production or material damages caused by equipment malfunction due to technical problems during the validity of the warranty;

18.1. 从最终批准的日期开始至少1年操作保修;

18.2.保修期内技术服务最多24小时内响应,WXMM不承担费用 ;

18.3. 更换任何有制造缺陷的零件,WXMM不承担费用;

18.4. 保修期内,如果由于设备技术问题造成的故障,供应商被告知问题四十八小时后需要承担所有生产和材料损失
