咨询购买全球汽车行业网站的监控和分析工具,了解吉利品牌与竞品的官网运营差距,指导吉利制定更加精准的投放策略,提升传播效果,辅助吉利品牌海外业务的增长。主要范围为网站数据抓取及分析服务。

2.2.2项目服务周期:一年
2.2.3服务内容:本次吉利国际大项目组网站监测分析工具招标,主要要求提供专业的海外网站(含移动端和电脑端)监测及分析工具服务,要求该工具能够捕获本品和竞品的全球及海外区域官网流量数据,且能够高颗粒度进行精准的来源和关键字分析、监控受众忠诚度和品牌表现(包括用户基本信息,行为数据,来源和去向等)、识别行业热门趋势以及竞品数据(到子域级别);同时,提供客户管理服务,包含但不限于培训、临时项目咨询以及案例分享等。
3.投标人资格要求
3.1案例要求
3.1.1至少有2例国际汽车品牌的海外网站监测及分析服务案例,如但不限于大众、宝马、本田等,且必须满足:
1. 至少一例为品牌全球官网的监测和分析。
2. 至少一例是品牌区域官网的监测和分析,区域必须覆盖沙特或菲律宾或墨西哥或俄罗斯中的任何一个国家
3. 案例报告中监测数据必须能够区分桌面端和移动端;
4. 案例报告中需包含网站浏览基本信息,行为数据,来源和去向等,行业热门趋势及其竞品数据类型,且能够精确到子域级别。
3.1.2合作方式要求:
1)品牌方直签;
2)与品牌方直签合同,需体现项目服务内容。
3.1.3服务案例时间要求:2020年后
3.2公司与团队要求
3.2.1在中国境内外注册,有独立法人资格和承担民事责任的能力。公司成立10年以上,具备相应经营范围和行业资质;
3.2.2投标商需具有良好企业信誉、具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录,未被纳入失信人名单或限制高消费令。
3.2.3团队应该由具有国际背景的不同人员组成,包括以英语为母语的人员,了解国际行业标准并配备最新的工具和资源。此外,驻扎在国内的团队成员应具备专业的英语语言技能。对相关领域有成功案例及深入理解,团队经验丰富。
3.2.4本次招标不接受被吉利集团列入黑名单的公司投标;
3.2.5本次招标不接受联合体投标。
3.2.6本次招标不接受代理商投标。
3.2.7本次招标不接受分包、转包。
4.投标报名
4.1报名方式
4.1.1*凡有意参加报名的投标人,请至吉利集团招标采购平台(glzb.geely.com)注册报名,可在平台网站首页点击“下载供应商服务手册”查看《吉利电子采购招标平台操作手册(供应商端》,投标人根据手册要求进行注册,认证完成后为注册成功后。供应商根据公告项目名称,按照报名要求上传资料。未按照此方式报名的,视作无效报名。

4.2报名资料
报名资料于报名截止时间前上传至吉利集团招标采购平台,报名资料包含但不限于以下内容:
(1)三证合一的营业执照副本;
(2)类似项目业绩证明及证明材料(参考3.1提供合同扫描件,涉及机密部分可隐去);
(合同扫描件需体现合作对象、合作时间、服务内容等信息;合同扫描件请命名:XXXX公司+与XXXX品牌方合作合同;)(案例请命名:XXXX公司+与XXXX品牌方XX案例;)
(3)企业概况及履约能力说明;
(4)近三年财务报表资料(盖章版)。
5.招标文件的获取
报名截止后,对所有报名单位进行资格审核,合格后发放招标文件;

2.Project overview and bidding scope
2.1Project overview:
Consulting on the purchase of monitoring and analysis tools for global automotive industry websites, understanding the operational gap between Geelys brand and competitors official websites, guiding Geely to formulate more precise advertising strategies, enhancing communication effects, and assisting in the growth of Geelys overseas business. The main scope includes website data crawling and analysis services.
2.2 Bidding scope:
2.2.1 Tender location:1760 Jiangling Road, Geely Automobile Sales Company
2.2.2 Project service period:One year
2.2.3 Service content:This tender for the Geely International Projects Groups website monitoring and analysis tool mainly requires the provision of professional overseas website (including mobile and desktop) monitoring and analysis tool services. The tool must be able to capture global and regional official website traffic data for both our brand and competitors, and perform precise source and keyword analysis at a high granularity, monitor audience loyalty and brand performance (including basic user information, behavior data, sources, and destinations, etc.), and identify hot industry trends and competitor data (down to the subdomain level); Additionally, it should provide customer management services, including but not limited to training, temporary project consultations, and case study sharing.
3.Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Case requirements
3.1.1 At least two examples of overseas website monitoring and analysis service cases for international automotive brands, such as but not limited to Volkswagen, BMW, Honda, etc., must be provided:
1. At least one project must involve monitoring and analysis of a brands global official website.
2. At least one project must involve monitoring and analysis of a brands regional official website, with the region covering at least one of the following countries: Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Mexico, or Russia.
3. The case report must be able to distinguish between desktop and mobile data in the monitoring data.
4. The case report must include basic website browsing information, behavioral data, sources and destinations, industry hot trends, and competitor data types, and must be detailed down to the subdomain level.
3.1.2 Cooperation method requirements:
1)Direct signing with the brand;
2)The contract directly signed with the brand should reflect the project service content.
3.1.3 Service case time requirement:After 2020
3.2 Company and team requirements
3.2.1 Registered both domestically and abroad, with independent legal person status and the capacity to bear civil liabilities. The company must have been established for over 10 years and possess the corresponding business scope and industry qualifications;
3.2.2 Bidders must have a good corporate reputation, a record of legally paying taxes and social security funds, and must not be included on the list of dishonest inbriduals or subject to restrictions under high-consumption orders.
3.2.3 The team should be composed of brerse inbriduals with international backgrounds, including native English speakers, and should be familiar with international industry standards and equipped with the latest tools and resources. Additionally, team members based domestically should possess professional English language skills. They should have successful cases and a deep understanding of the relevant field, and the team should be experienced.
3.2.4 Companies blacklisted by the Geely Group are not accepted to bid in this tender.
3.2.5 Consortium bids are not accepted in this tender.
3.2.6 Agency bids are not accepted in this tender.
3.2.7 Subcontracting and subletting are not accepted in this tender.
4.Bid registration
4.1Registration method
4.1.1 All bidders interested in registering should go to the Geely Group Tender Procurement Platform (glzb.geely.com) to register. You can click on "Download Supplier Service Manual" on the homepage of the platform to view the "Geely Electronic Procurement Tender Platform Operation Manual (Supplier Side)". Bidders should register according to the manuals requirements, and registration is considered successful upon completion of authentication. Suppliers should upload their documents according to the project name announced and the registration requirements. Registrations not made in this manner will be considered invalid.
4.1.2 Registration deadline: May 19, 2024
4.2Registration materials
Registration materials must be uploaded to the Geely Group Tender Procurement Platform before the registration deadline. The registration materials include, but are not limited to, the following contents:
(1)A copy of the three-in-one business license;
(2)Proof of performance and evidence materials for similar projects (as per section 3.1, provide scanned copies of contracts, with confidential parts obscured if necessary); (The scanned contract copies must display information such as the cooperating party, period of cooperation, and content of services; please name the contract scans: XXXX Company + Contract with XXXX Brand Partner;)(Please name the cases: XXXX Company + Case with XXXX Brand Partner XX;)
(3)Description of the company profile and performance capability;
(4)Financial statements from the last three years (stamped version).
5.Acquisition of tender documents
After the registration deadline, all registered entities will undergo a qualification review. Tender documents will be issued to those who qualify.
6.Media for publishing the announcement
This tender announcement is only published on the Geely Group Tender Procurement Platform at glzb.geely.com. Reproductions in other media are invalid.
