1、项目概况 Instruction：中海油安全技术服务有限公司（以下简称：甲方或安技服）为发展和开拓海外业务，自2011年开始，持续为客户提供技术支持服务。按照伊拉克政府的要求，安技服于2018年在伊拉克设立分公司，为保证伊拉克分公司合规合法运营，须委聘一家熟悉相关行业及拥有高素质人员的国际事务所为安技服伊拉克分公司提供相关的税务咨询、年度所得税汇算清缴和日常纳税申报等税务相关服务。

CNOOC Safety & Technology Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "STS") has been providing technical support services for Clients since 2011. In accordance with the requirements of the Iraqi government, STS set up a branch in Iraq in 2018. In order to ensure the compliance and legal operation of the Iraq branch, it is necessary to appoint an international firm familiar with the relevant industries and with high-quality personnel to provide relevant tax consulting, annual income tax settlement and daily tax declaration and other tax-related services to the STS Iraq Branch.

5、服务期限Service Duration：本合同有效期自双方法定代表人或授权代表人签字之日起2年。协议期满后，如有未执行完毕的订单，至该订单履行完毕为止。

The Contract shall be effective from the date of signature by legal or authorized representatives of both parties until the end of 2 Years. After the expiration of this Agreement, if there are any unfulfilled orders, they shall be fulfilled until such orders are fulfilled.
