业绩要求：投标人近三年（2013年-至今）应具有制造和销售本招标要求的同规格或类似设备（不低于本招标要求）的业绩并提供近三年的业绩清单，出具相关业绩的销售合同复印件（合同首尾页，含设备名称等），否则，将否决其投标。

Qualifications or Performance：

The bidder must provide the achievement list with selling and/or manufacturing record of the bidding equipment of the same or/and similar model (with specification no inferior to the requirements of the Bidding Document) from 2013 to this day and the copies of sales contract (the first page and the ending page of the contract including the information of equipment) or final acceptance certificate. Otherwise, the bidding will be rejected.
