资格要求：

成撬商及泵制造商至少有两组往复式泵类产品在海洋平台成功运行两年以上的业绩。

泵制造商至少有两台输送介质为凝析油或轻质油的泵，并成功运行两年以上的业绩。

2.有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：

从2016年7月26日开始至2016年8月2日止，在中国海洋石油总公司采办业务与交易系统网站（https://buy.cnooc.com.cn）购买招标文件（电子版）。投标人须在线填写购买招标文件登记表，并在线支付标书款。在线支付成功后，系统将向投标人在购买招标文件登记表中填写的电子邮箱发送通知邮件，投标人可通过邮件中的链接自行下载招标文件。招标文件每套售价为2000元人民币或300美元，售后不退。

3.投标文件递交截止时间和地点：所有投标文件都应附有按规定提交的投标保证金，并于2016年8月16日10:30时（北京时间）前递交至北京市东城区东直门外小街6号海油大厦3层305号会议室，邮政编码：100027。

4.开标时间：定于2016年8月16日10:30时（北京时间）开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

1. Procurement & Tendering Center of CNOOC Procurement Dept. and CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent”), for and on behalf of CNOOC (China ) Ltd. Lishui Operating Company (herinafter called "Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following equipment:

Q’ty: 2 Sets

Delivery Schedule: On or before March 24, 2017

Destination of delivery: San Pan Wharf, Wenzhou, Zhejiang

Qualification requirement：

The Supplier and Manufacturer all shall have at least two sets of reciprocating pump service in an offshore environment which work smoothly beyond two years.

The Manufacturer shall have at least two sets of Condensate oil or Light oil pump which work smoothly beyond two years.

2. All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to :

from July 26, 2016 to August 2, 2016 upon non-refundable payment of RMB2000 or USD300 for each copy. After completion of the remittance, the online system will send the link automatically to the email that the bidder has filled in the online registration form for the bidder to download the bidding documents.

3. Bids must be delivered to Meeting Room No.305 of CNOOC Tower, No.6 Dongzhimenwai Xiaojie, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100027, P. R. China for submission of bids before 10:30 a.m. (Beijing time) on August 16 , 2016.
