3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2）The bidder shall provide the supply performance of not less than 2 sets of Basell Hostalen HDPE devices of 300,000 tons/year and above from 2018 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing time), and the performance shall be the continuous and stable operation performance of more than 1 year (user proof of use shall be provided). The scanned copy of the contract and the user certificate shall be provided (the contract shall contain at least the first page, the technical part and the signature page, if the contract cannot reflect the above contents, other relevant valid certification materials shall be provided, the original for reference).
3) The bidder must be the manufacturer or agent, the agent bidding must be the national general agent or regional agent (provide product manufacturer authorization). Only one agent of the same brand and model may participate in the bidder,and do not accept the letter of authorization issued for this project, and the agent bidding should provide a copy of the agent product sales contract signed by the agent (provide a scan copy of the contract).
