2.Vendor Qualification

(1)The consulting company has a business license.

(2)Consulting companies are limited to American local companies who can go to the FAA site to communicate and coordinate for our company anddeal with various problems in the declaration.

(3)Companys consultants should have the ability and experiences in using SAS security assurance system.

(4)Consulting companies need to have the training ability, guidance ability and audit ability of FAA145 compliance, and can give priority to coordinating and arranging FAA audit affairs for our company.

(5)The consultant of the consulting company has worked as an auditor of FAA145, and the company that can arrange this consultant to be the consultant of our company is preferred; companies that have worked as other FAA auditors and can arrange this consultant to serve as our consultant are the second priority.

(6) Consulting companies with recent experience in helping China enterprises successfully obtain FAA145 maintenance qualification are preferred. Consulting companies with experience in helping enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region successfully obtain FAA145 maintenance qualification are the second priority.
