I. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
Brentex CPP Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BRENTEXCPP” or “BLC”) is currently awarded the project EPCC OF 40” X 614KM AJAOKUTA TO KADUNA TO KANO (AKK) GAS PIPELINE PROJECT (SEGMENT 2). The project Owner is Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “NNPC”). Hereby, BRENTEXCPP is pleased to invite your company to submit a sealed Bid for The Civil Works of 13#14# Valve Station.

Enlink Energy FZE, the tendering agent, hereby releases the Bidding Announcement, inviting interested bidders to participate in the bidding.

II. Confirmation on Invitation to Bid
Please acknowledge receipt of the Invitation to Bid and advise Bidder’s intention concerning this invitation by completing and returning the attached Acknowledgement and Intention to Bid by email before 17:00 PM 20th Sept, 2024.(Abu Dhabi time) to zhangdali@enlinkenergy.com.

III. Acquisition of Tendering Documents
Time of receiving the tendering documents: 9:00 AM 9th Sept, 2024 to 17:00 PM 20th Sept, 2024 (Abu Dhabi time, the same below).

IV. Submission of Bidding Documents
Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Technical proposal” and “Commercial proposal”
The Technical proposal shall be submitted to biddingtechnical5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 24th Sept, 2024.
The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidcommercial5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 24th Sept, 2024. The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted.
The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: password@enlinkenergy.com
Bids shall be submitted in no later than the closing time 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 24th Sept 2024. Late bids will be rejected
Your Bid submission shall be strictly in accordance with the following attached Tendering documents:

All costs incurred in preparing and submitting your Bid including presentations and site visits (if required) shall be solely at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by BRENTEXCPP under any circumstances.
Furthermore, BRENTEXCPP shall not be responsible for any loss and/or delay in delivering your proposals. BRENTEXCPP reserves the right to reject any or all Bidders or select Bidder(s) of its choice without assigning any reason.
