Tender Title：Tendering Announcement for Piling and Foundation Construction Work for Motukea Fuel Facility Project

I. Tendering Conditions
The project has implemented relevant procedures according to rules, regulations, and laws .as well as the capital has been confirmed. Now we hereby invite your esteemed company to participate in this bid. The tenderee is China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company Ltd.

II. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
The objective of this project is to design and construct a jet fuel tank depot to address oil supply shortages in Papua New Guinea. The project involves the construction of Jet A1 storage tanks, along with the necessary ancillary facilities. The depot will have a total capacity of 18,000 m3 of Jet A1. The project is located within the area of PNG International Port at Motukea, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The project includes the Engineering of six (6) sets of 3000 m3 Jet A1 tanks, based on primary calculations derived from the annual consumption of production oil in Papua New Guinea. Besides, the project also includes the Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning of six (6) sets of 3000 m3 Jet A1 tanks and its ancillary facilities.
III. Scope of Supply:
Fixed workload: (4) sets of 3000 m3 Jet A1 tanks and
(1) set of 3500 m3 Fire Fighting Water tank
Variable workload: (2) sets of 3000 m3 Jet A1 tanks and Accessory

IV. Location:
Papua New Guinea

V. Project Duration：
Planned 130 days

VI. Bidder Qualification Requirement
Having the capability to relocate the equipment to the site, Obtain the relevant qualification certificates for the industry, provide financial audit reports for the past three years, possess relevant construction experience, provide qualification certificates for key personnel, and be able to supply the necessary equipment.

Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Technical proposal” and “Commercial proposal”
The Technical proposal shall be submitted to biddingtechnical5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 23th Sept, 2024.
The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidcommercial5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 23th Sept, 2024.. The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: password@enlinkenergy.com
The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of the tendering& trading platform or designated email ID.
