3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2）Bidders are required to provide the supply performance of 1 set of high pressure piping fittings for LDPE or LDPE/Eva plant (PN 500) of 250,000 tonnes/year or above from 2018 to the tender closing date, whichever is the time of contract conclusion, a complete set of high-pressure angle valve, high-pressure hydraulic switch angle valve, high-pressure hydraulic control angle valve, high-pressure self-standing pressure relief valve, high-pressure pneumatic control valve shall be included,and scanning copy of the valid contract (including contract front page, supply list, signature page, original for reference) shall be provided.
3）Bidders for this project shall be the manufacturer of high pressure pipes and fittings (PN500) and agents shall not be accepted.
