The bidder shall submit the original Letter of Authority from Manufacturer(the signature and official seal shall be original).D. 是否接受联合体投标：是，接受海水泵供应商和海水泵维修资源供应商组成的联合体，联合体投标的应提供有效的联合体协议 。Joint Venture: Yes, accept a consortium composed of seawater pump suppliers and seawater pump maintenance resource suppliers，the consortium bidding should provide a valid consortium agreement.E.未领购招标文件是否可以参加投标:不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available（3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder"s reference:2014年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投海水提升泵的制造商应具有至少2台套浸没式海水提升泵（海水提升泵的类型为电动潜水泵）供货业绩，且均满足流量≥1500m3/h，扬程≥55m，介质为海水，供货业绩中的泵体、电机对应的制造商须与此次投标产品制造商一致。（3）From January 1, 2014 to the bidding deadline (based on the date of contract signing), the manufacturer of seawater lifting pump proposed by the bidder should have at least 2 sets of submerged seawater lift pumps with supply performance(The type of seawater lift pump is an electric submersible pump), and both meet the technical requirements of flow rate ≥ 1500m3/h, head ≥ 55m, medium of seawater, and the manufacturers corresponding to the pump body and motor in the supply performance must be consistent with the manufacturer of the bidding product.投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。海水提升泵业绩证明文件包括：1）销售合同复印件和2）到货验收材料(到货验收单或调试验收报告)。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须体现以下内容：合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、设备的相关参数（排量、扬程，海水介质）、到货验收材料。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、设备的相关参数（排量、扬程，海水介质）、到货时间或调试合格时间的，均视为无效业绩。如上述业绩涉及使用地为境外的，需提供业绩产品的船级社认证证书及相应的网络验证方式；涉及跨境贸易的还需提供进出口报关单。未提供网络验证方式，或提供的验证方式无法查询到该证书的，或涉及跨境贸易的未提供进出口报关单据的，均视为无效业绩。The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods(Delivery acceptance form or commissioning acceptance report). The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods，technical requirements ( Discharge capacity/head/seawater medium ) and Arrival acceptance materials.If the above-mentioned performance involves the use of overseas locations, the classification society certification certificate of the performance product and the corresponding network verification method must be provided; For cross-border trade, import and export declaration forms are also required.If no network verification method is provided, or if the provided verification method cannot retrieve the certificate, or if no import and export customs declaration documents are provided for cross-border trade, it will be considered invalid performance.
