1. Tendering Conditions
The tenderee of Technical services for surface facilities and equipment maintenance in Agadem oilfield. The tenderee is CNPC Dagang Niger Engineering Company Ltd., and the project funds come from self-financing. The bidding project has implemented the relevant procedures of reporting and approval and filing as required, and been qualified for inviting companies to participate in this bid.
2. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
Project Overview: The company will provide oilfield ground equipment maintenance services for the Agadem oil production project in Niger, develop preventive maintenance plans for all communication systems and automatic control systems, carry out preventive maintenance on all key equipment according to the maintenance plan, and maintain all auxiliary pumps and accompanying motors according to the maintenance manual. It will also install and modify normal equipment and technical processes.
Tendering Scope : Surface facilities and equipment maintenance services for the KOULELE, DIBEILLA and FGD areas of the Agadem field in Niger
Section 1：FGD area of the Agadem field in Niger
Section 2：KLL&DBLareas of the Agadem field in Niger
Service Location: L’endroit désigné par la partie A dans la région de Agadem du Niger
Working location designated by Party A in Agadem, Niger
Service Period : 24 months ;
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1Ensure that technical service personnel can provide medical needs in the desert site, and have reasonable corresponding measures.
3.2Ensure provide services to meet the needs of the site.
3.3Ensure HSE measures are scientific, reasonable and feasible.
3.4With international business capabilities and experience in maintaining key oilfield production equipment and digital oilfield related systems, able to provide corresponding services.
4、Acquisition of Tendering Documents
4.1 Time of receiving the tendering documents: 9:00:00 AM on 16 Oct, 2024 to 17：00 PM on 22 Oct ,2024 (Abu Dhabi time, the same below).

5. Submission of Bidding Documents
5.1 Deadline for submission of tender documents: 9:00 am on 29 Oct 2024(Abu Dhabi Time).
5.2 Bidding documents language : English
5.3 In case of any issue needs to be clarified, please inform the Tenderee and Tendering Agent in a written form and sent to liudong@enlinkenergy.com.
5.4 If the bidder has any objection to the technical, commercial requirements in the tender documents, the bidder is requested to clarify in writing to the Tenderee within 5 days of receipt of the bidding documents, and no clarification will be accepted after the 7 days. If no clarification is provided to the Tenderee, it will be deemed that the bidder can meet all the technical and commercial requirements. The Tenderee has the right to reject the deviation items pointed by Bidder and regard the bidding documents as unqualified.
5.5 Receive Mode:
Bidding documents shall be included quotation and Response to preliminary evaluation. (Schedule before the evaluation of bids).
The bidding documents shall be submitted to bidding@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 29 Oct 2024.
The bidding documents shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: password@enlinkenergy.com. Describe the name of the bidder and relevant procurement package in the email for the supervisor to verify the password .
5.6 The tenderer will reject any tender document that is delivered late, or not sealed in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents.

Bid opening time: 9:00 am on29 Oct 2024 (Abu Dhabi Time);
