1. Tendering Conditions
The tenderee of Solar and Jichai power station operation and maintenance service . The tenderee is CNPC Dagang Niger Engineering Company Ltd., and the project funds come from self-financing. The bidding project has implemented the relevant procedures of reporting and approval and filing as required, and been qualified for inviting companies to participate in this bid.
2. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
Project Overview: Operation and maintenance project of Solar and Jichai Power Station in Agadem Oilfield, main work contents: Dibeilla DS power plant in Agadem oilfield (mainly including: Five gas generators (3.0MV) and 11KV transmission lines and 33KV transmission lines, etc.) independently provide production operation and maintenance services, and provide maintenance services for Sokor FPF power plant (including: six gas generators (0.9MV) and 11KV transmission lines, etc.).
Tendering Scope : Independent production operation and maintenance services for Dibeilla DS power plant in Agadem field, and maintenance services for Sokor FPF power plant, among others.
Service Location: L’endroit désigné par la partie A dans la région de Agadem du Niger
Working location designated by Party A in Agadem, Niger
Service Period : 24 months ;
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1Ensure that technical service personnel can provide medical needs in the desert site, and have reasonable corresponding measures.
3.2 Ensure provide services to meet the needs of the site.
3.3 Ensure HSE measures are scientific, reasonable and feasible.
3.4Meet the service requirements of each post, that is, have international business capabilities, and have power plant maintenance and construction experience, can provide corresponding services.

6、Submission of Bidding Documents
Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Technical proposal” and “Commercial proposal”
The Technical proposal shall be submitted to biddingtechnical5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 29th Oct, 2024.
The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidcommercial5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 29th Oct, 2024.. The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: password@enlinkenergy.com
The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of the tendering& trading platform or designated email ID.
