浙江万向马瑞利减震器(以下简称甲方)委托 (以下简称乙 方)设计生产设备,经双方协商,达成如下协议

Zhejiang Wanxiang Magenti Marelli shock absorbers (hereinafter refers to Party A) commissions . (hereinafter refers to Party B) to design and manufacture machine. An agreement is reached through both parties negotiation.

名称：双工位机器人焊机/一个机器人

Name: 2 Unit Arc Welding Robot/One robot

用途：机器人焊接工作站，用于焊接减震器的稳定杆支耳以及小支耳， 简单工 装。

Use: System with Robot to weld the support stabilizier and small bracket of struts or shock ; sample toolings

占地面积：最大 6 平方米/设备宽度不超过 2.2m

Area Occupied: 10 maximum square meters/The width of machine will less than 2.2m

红盒子废件箱只是通过对射传感器进行计数。

Red scrap box function only counts scrap part by a sensor.

焊枪具备防碰撞：防碰撞传感器：ICAT W500 The torch with sensor of ICAT W500

在示教器上可以对焊接电流，焊接电源的焊接参数进行调整

The FlexPendant can be adjust the parameter of welding machine
