泰中罗勇工业园开发有限公司按公司的招标程序，本着“公平、公正、科学、择优”的原则为新标准厂房建设开展公开招标工作，欢迎符合条件的企业投标人前来报名，相关事项公告如下：
In accordance with the principle of "fair, impartial, scientific, preferential" principle, Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Realty Development Co.,Ltd. will select the winning bidder for Ready-built New Standard Factory Project.
It is hereby decided to make an open tender for the project and welcome eligible bidders to sign up for it, and hereby announce the relevant matters as follows:
新建标准厂房及其附属设施的工程项目建设，总建筑面积：28,004平米。
Ready-built New Standard Factory and ancillary facilities，construction,construction area of about 28,004 Square meters.
泰中罗勇工业园2区Nonglalok Industrial Estate TC03地块。
Nonglalok Industrial EstateLand land plot TC03
Banmabtong Moo10，Nonglalok Sub-district,Bankhai District,Rayong *****.
企业注册资本3,000万泰铢及以上；
the registered capital of bidder is more than 30 million baht.
企业在泰合法注册，具有建筑施工资质以及类似工程项目的开发、实施经验；
Bidders are legally registered in Thailand, with the construction qualification and similar project development, implementation experience.
有意参加投标的申请人请于2024年11月4-10日，将公司注册文件盖章签名扫描件、公司简介及曾施工的建筑工程项目介绍的扫描件发至邮箱：qun.yue@holley.cn;bin.zhao@holley.cn;
经招标方资格预审后，通知合格的申请人前来领取招标文件。
Applicants who intend to participate in the bid may sign up by sending e-mail with following documents：
registration documents （with the seals and signs), company profile and profolio and other relevant materials from November 4, 2024 to November 10, 2024.
