Iraq Branch civil CONSTRUCTION SUBCONTRACTING FOR PROVISION OF EPCC FOR BASE CAMP 11KV SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT is China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. Iraq Branch. The bidding project, whose funds have been implemented, has gone through the relevant approval and filing procedures as required, and is qualified for bidding.

2.1.1 Project Overview：
Name of project: Provision of EPCC for Base Camp 11kv System upgrade
The scope of the Provision of EPCC for Base Camp 11kv System upgrade includes design, procurement, construction, commissioning, etc.
Scope work：Hafaya oil Base camp and three CPF power supply system upgrades, including but not limited to 0.6km 11KV overhead line installation and modification, 6 emergency generators installation, 3 POS (pre-installed substation) installation, installation of new switchgear and modification, cable laying and connection, earthing system installation, substation control system upgrade.
2.1.2 Bidding Scope：
Hafaya oil field camp 11KV overhead line 0.6KM, 8 poles foundation, 6 generator foundation, 3 outdoor prefabricated substation POS foundation, 2 outdoor transformer foundation and firewall masonry, and generator steel structure shed, transformer steel structure shed foundation and steel structure installation.(See attachments for more information)
2.2 Place of project: Halfaya oilfield in Iraq
2.3 Construction period: tentatively from Nov 15, 2024 to Jan 20, 2025(exact time to be subject to the bid inviter’s notice)

6、Submission of Bidding Documents
Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Technical proposal” and “Commercial proposal”
The Technical proposal shall be submitted to biddingtechnical5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 11th Nov, 2024.
The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidcommercial5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 11th Nov, 2024. The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: password@enlinkenergy.com
The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of the tendering& trading platform or designated email ID.
