Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to build the "Pudong Shipping Week" into a blockbuster brand event for Pudong to promote the construction of the core area of Shanghai International Shipping Center, the whole event should focus on internationalization, marketization and specialization, the agenda should be rich and detailed, the content should be cutting-edge and professional, and the form should be active and atmospheric. The implementation projects of the 2024 Pudong Shipping Week include: organization and implementation of the whole event of the Shipping Week, visual design of the event, venue layout planning, construction and production, equipment, etiquette, security, cleaning, simultaneous interpretation equipment and translation labor, printing, etc.
合同履约期限：合同签订后至2024年12月07日。

2、未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
3、为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同潜在投标人，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
5、本项目不允许转包；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China" 2. It has not been included in the list of judgment defaulters, parties to major tax violation cases, and records of serious illegal and untrustworthy acts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the Chinese Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 3. Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of the project; 4. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different potential bidders with direct holding and management relationships, and shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; 5.Subcontracting is not allowed in this project; *.
