1. Tendering Conditions
The tenderee of provision of production management service. The tenderee is CNPC Dagang Niger Engineering Company Ltd., and the project funds come from self-financing. The bidding project has implemented the relevant procedures of reporting and approval and filing as required, and been qualified for inviting companies to participate in this bid.
2. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
Project Overview: The service content of the provision of production management service project is to plan and cooperate with the implementation of well testing, well washing, paraffin removal, well workover, operation of CPF, DS, FPF, FSF and production Wells, collect and analyze production data, test production rate, optimize and adjust production parameters. Organize maintenance services to ensure the production and operation of the Agadem field in Niger, including preventive maintenance of key field equipment.
Tendering Scope : Provide technical services to ensure the production and operation of the Agadem oil field in Niger.

Section 2：DBL Station
Section 3：FGD CPF Station
Section4：KLL FSF field area
Section 5：FGD FSF field area
Service Location: L’endroit désigné par la partie A dans la région de Agadem du Niger
Working location designated by Party A in Agadem, Niger
Service Period : 24 months ;

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 Ensure that technical service personnel can provide medical needs in the desert site, and have reasonable corresponding measures.
3.2 Ensure HSE measures are scientific, reasonable and feasible.
Ensure provide services to meet the needs of the site.
3.3 The technical services provided must meet the following requirements: have international business capabilities, have experience in oilfield production and maintenance of oilfield related systems, and be able to provide corresponding services.
3.4Have a sound financial position and do not have to enter liquidation proceedings, be declared bankrupt or otherwise lose the ability to perform the contract.
3.5The vendor"s quotation shall not exceed the maximum price, including the maximum unit price.

6、Submission of Bidding Documents
Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Technical proposal” and “Commercial proposal”
The Technical proposal shall be submitted to biddingtechnical5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 28th Nov, 2024.
The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidcommercial5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 28th Nov, 2024.. The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: password@enlinkenergy.com
The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of the tendering& trading platform or designated email ID.
