(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project (does not accept) branches participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) This project does not allow subcontracting. The undertaking entity shall not subcontract the service project to other entities.
