TheWXMM considers being an integral part of the quotation the suggestion of technical modification, in all the workstations of the equipment to make it more simple, cheap, efficient and reliable and will take these suggestions into consideration in the choice of supplier.

-Take the Top Mount and Dust Cover from feeder

-在来料斗里取防尘罩与 Top Mount

-Scanning the DMC of Top Mount

-扫描Top Mount上的DMC 码

-Pressing the Top Mount and Dust cover in A station of machine (Left side )

-在A 工作位压装Top Mount与防尘罩（左侧）

-Put The rear shock into the C station of machine (right side )

-将后减震器放入C工位（右侧）

-Machine check the length of productwith senor and check the type of low bush with Poke Yakein station C

-检测减震器的长度,同时采用防错系统确认下衬套的型号(C 工位)

-Assembly the Top Mount &Dust Cover with shock buy handin station C

-手动装配Top Mount&防尘罩分总成与减震器

-Take the production to B station for Plastic strip limiter assemblyand automatic labelling

-将产品转移至B 工作位将安装打包带与自动贴标

-Put the production into plastic bag and Packaging container

-装袋与装箱
