简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式择优选择一家供应商配合合庆镇镇城运中心有效开展镇域范围内消防灭火、抢险工作的开展，同时承担区域内消防知识宣传，指导村（居）委开展消防演练等工作，完善镇域内消防安全责任体系、消防基础保障设施体系、消防应急救援体系和宣传教育体系，提升群众防灾减灾、自防自救等意识和能力；为镇域内商铺提供专业消防安全监管、巡查、演练等服务。（具体内容及要求详见招标文件第三章—服务需求书）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The project intends to select a supplier through public bidding to cooperate with the urban transportation center of Heqing Town to effectively carry out fire fighting and rescue work within the town, and at the same time undertake the promotion of fire protection knowledge in the region, guide the village (resident) committee to carry out fire drills and other work, improve the fire safety responsibility system, fire infrastructure support facilities system, fire emergency rescue system and publicity and education system in the town, and enhance the awareness and ability of the masses to prevent and reduce disasters, self-defense and self-rescue; Provide professional fire safety supervision, inspection, drills and other services for shops in the town. (For details of the specific content and requirements, please refer to Chapter III of the bidding documents - service requirements).
合同履约期限：本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2025年01月01日起至2025年12月31日。由于预算项目调整原因，本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，在此期间所产生的相关费用，待项目采购完成后由中标人按中标价折算支付给原服务单位，费用按中标价/365*原单位服务天数计算。
The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget for this project is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. Due to the adjustment of the budget project, the original service unit will continue to perform the service before the completion of the procurement work, and the relevant expenses incurred during this period will be paid to the original service unit by the winning bidder according to the winning bid price after the completion of the project procurement, and the cost will be calculated according to the winning bid price / 365 * service days of the original unit.
