广东省机电设备招标中心受买方委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标,于2008年03月04日在中国国际招标网公告。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1、招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：
热镀锌机组 1套；
合格投标人：
l) 投标人是响应招标、参加投标竞争的法人或其他组织。除非另有规定，凡是来自中华人民共和国或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区(以下简称”合格来源国/地区”)的供货人均可投标。
2) 投标人不得直接或间接地与招标人为采购本次招标的货物进行设计、编制规范和其他文件所委托的咨询公司或其附属机构有任何关联。
3) 只有在法律上和财务上独立、合法运作并独立于招标人和招标机构的供货人才能参加投标。
4）投标人应是货物的直接生产厂商或唯一授权的代理商；
5）同一型号或同一厂家生产的设备，如有两家或以上投标人参加投标，评标委员会只对制造商进行评审。
6）不接受联合体。
7）投标人必须有1项及以上的高级汽车外壳用钢板制造生产线设备销售业绩。其电气供应商近十年内必须有3项及以上的高级汽车外壳用钢板制造生产线（如PL-TCM、CAL、CGL）设备销售业绩。

3、购买招标文件时间：即日起至投标截止时间止，每天09:00-17:00，节假日除外

Guangdong Machinery & Electric Equipment Terdering Centerentrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.The tender notice was released on www.chinabidding.com on March.04,2008
1.Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data:
CGL 1 set；
Eligible bidders:
1) Bidders are legal persons or other organizations who participate in bidding. This Invitation for Bids is open to all suppliers from within the Peoples Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as "PRC") and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called "the eligible source countries/areas"), except as provided hereinafter.
2) Bidders should not be associated, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Tenderer to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation for Bids.
3) The Suppliers may participate in the bids only if they are legally and financially autonomous, if they operate under relevant law, and if they are not a dependent agency of the Tendering Agent and the Tenderer.
4) The bidders should be the manufacturer, or the only authorized business agent of the manufacturer.
5) If the manufacturer and authorized business agent of this manufacturer participate in the bids, only manufacturer is treated as participate in the bids;
6) Joint Venture is not acceptable.
7) The bidder shall have 1 or above sale performance of CGL which can produce galvannealed automotive exposed sheets.
Electrical sub-supplier shall have 3 or above sale performances of cold strip mill processing lines such as PL-TCM, CAL and CGL which can produce galvannealed automotive exposed sheets in recent ten years.
