TENDERING FOR STEEL PIPES
FOR (EPC) FOR NEW NASSIRIYA DEPOT PROJECT, IRAQ

1. Tendering Conditions
The project has implemented relevant procedures according to rules, regulations, and laws .as well as the capital has been confirmed. Now we hereby invite your esteemed company to participate in this bid.
2. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
2.1. Project overview:
Project Name: Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for New Nassiriya Depot
Owner: State Company for Oil Project (SCOP)
Nassiriya New Crude Oil Depot with a working capacity of about four million barrels (637,000 M³) is the proposed depot to accommodate the produced crude from the following fields: Ahdeb Field, Badra Field, Gharaffield, Nassiriya field and Abu Amood field. Total capacity shall be about four million barrels (637,000 M³), for Phase (I) it shall be 2.52 million barrels (401,000 M³), and for Phase (II), it shall be 1.26 million barrels (200,500 M³).CPP win to build all tanks for phase (I), including 7 Floating roof tanks (*****m³), and their accessories. Two relief tanks(***** m³), capacity of each tank is ***** m3 , one for heavy & the other for light crude oil .Two fire water steel tank of 10,000 m³ Capacity from continuous water supply. The project is planned to be completed prior April, 2025.
2.2. Scope: For the materials to be procured by the present Tendering, please refer to the table below.

3. Requirements For Bidder
CPP seriously advises manufacturers/bidders to participate into this bidding and contract with CPP directly, instead of any agents. aiming to build direct long-term cooperation, and deep trust between two parties.
Manufacturers can raise and gain whatever its proposed contract conditions (Payment, delivery etc.) within limits of CPP’s acceptability while the agent could not achieve.
ATTENTION to All Participants!
If manufacturers bid directly, the contract terms are negotiable except some Mandatory clauses/requirement.
If agents bid, in principle, any negative deviations shall not be accepted.
4. Acquisition of Tendering Documents
Time of acquisition the tendering documents: AM 9:00 on 7th.December, 2024 to PM17:00 on 20th.December,2024 (Abu Dhabi time, the same below).

5. Submission of Bidding Documents
Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Technical proposal” and “Commercial proposal”
Submission Mode(Email)：
The Technical proposal shall be submitted to biddingtechnical5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time),24th December, 2024.
The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidcommercial5@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time),24th December, 2024.
The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: password@enlinkenergy.com
The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of the tendering& trading platform or designated email ID.
