Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The Dazhi River East Water Gate, the Dropping Lake Outlet Gate, the Luqiao Diversion River Water Gate, and the Luqiao Port Water Gate are package one, fully responsible for the safe operation of the aforementioned water (pump) gates. They promptly execute the operation schedu ling instructions from the district water gate center, are responsible for the daily operation, inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of water (pump) gate facilities and equipment, as well as environmental sanitation.

This package is fully responsible for the safe operation of these water (pump) gates, promptly executing the operation schedul ing instructions from the District Watergate Center. It also covers the daily operation, inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of water (pump) gate facilities and equipment.

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The Yangsi Water Conservancy Hub, Baolin Jing Pump Station, Zhangjiabang West Sluice, Xiaohuangpu Pump Station, Beigang Sluice, and Sanlin Tang Port Pump Station are part of Package Four, fully responsible for the safe operation of the aforementioned water (pump) gates. They promptly execute the operation schedu ling instructions from the District Water Gate Center, ensuring the daily operation, inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of water (pump) gate facilities and equipment.
合同履约期限：水（泵）闸综合养护期限为9个月，2025年4月*日至2025年*2月3*日；其中三林塘港泵闸和北港水闸拟自2025年6月起接管，综合养护期为7个月，2025年6月*日至2025年*2月3*日。
The Contract Period: The comprehensive maintenance period for water (pump) gates is 9 months, from April *, 2025 to December 3*, 2025; among them, the Sanlin Port Pump Gate and Beigang Water Gate are planned to be taken over starting from June 2025, with a comprehensive maintenance period of 7 months, from June *, 2025 to December 3*, 2025.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：采购项目如符合政府采购有关鼓励环保节能产品、支持中小微企业、促进残疾人就业、支持监狱和戒毒企业、扶持不发达地区和少数民族地区等相关采购政策要求的，则执行相关政策。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If procurement projects meet the relevant government procurement policies that encourage environmental protection and energy-saving products, support small, medium, and micro enterprises, promote the employment of disabled people, support prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, and support underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas, then the relevant policies will be implemented.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（*）项目供应商须具有住建部水利水电工程施工总承包二级及以上资质，项目负责人应具备水利类中级及以上专业技术职称或水利水电工程二级注册建造师以上资格证书。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (*) Project suppliers must have the secondary qualification or above for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the project manager should possess a professional technical title of intermediate level or above in the field of water resources or a certificate of registration as a second-level constructor or above in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. (2) This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises.
