Entrusted by Chang An Ford Automobile Co., Ltd, Chongqing International Investment Consultation Group Co., Ltd. invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders at home for the supply of the following goods by way of local competitive bidding.

重庆国际投资咨询集团有限公司受长安福特汽车有限公司委托，对以下设备组织进行国内竞争性公开招标采购。现诚邀具有制造和供应能力的厂商与我们联系购买招标文件事宜，参加此项目招标设备的投标。

1. Name, quantity of equipment, and main technical data

Name: C519 TCF ENGINE CONVEYOR

Quantity:1 line.

招标设备名称：C519 总装发动机传输线

数 量：1条。

Main technical requirements: This project is building a new conveyor in the air, to transmit the engine and transmission (including C519, C520, C346 and all the other vehicles later) from RDC to TCF plant. The new conveyor should be connected to current EDU line both in hardware and software, reference to the attachment 14.9 layout. The engine and transmission being put on the pallets, and the pallets are same with the current EDU line. The pallets are not being included in the scope. Details see in Section 8.

主要技术参数：本项目为新建一条空中零件传输线，用于C519、C520、C346及后续车型发动机变速箱总成从RDC到TCF车间的自动运输。新建的传输线需要与现有发动机分装线进行自动对接，总体布置图见附件14.9。发动机变速箱放置在托盘上在传输线内进行运转，托盘与原有发动机分装线使用的托盘一致；托盘的设计、制造不包括在该项目内。详细内容，见第八章货物需求一览表及技术规格。

2. Price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of RMB 600 per set, an extra RMB 100(domestic) for express mail service. 招标文件售价：600元人民币/每套（国内邮购另付100元人民币）。并请传真附汇款凭证复印件、购买的招标文件编号、项目名称、联系人、详细地址、邮编、电话、传真及电子邮箱地址）。招标文件售后不退。

3.Time of selling bidding document: between 9:00 ~ 17:00 (Beijing time, except holidays) from January 11, 2017 to January 18, 2017at the address below.

发售招标文件时间: 2017年01月11日起至2017年01月18日(节假日除外),每天9:00至17:00 (北京时间)。

4. Place for obtaining the Bidding Documents: Room 2006 (San Bu Yi Chu office) on F20, Block A of Chong Zi Building, No.2 of Wu Jian Rd., Wu Lidian, Jiang Bei District, Chong Qing China.

5.Deadline for submitting bids and time for bid opening: 10.00am (Beijing time) on February 07, 2017. Bids submitted after that will be rejected.

投标截止及开标时间: 2017年02月07日上午10:00(北京时间)；逾期送达的恕不接纳（投标除纸质文件外，必须提供电子文档文件一份）。欢迎投标人代表自愿出席。
