After all tests are conducted, push the bogie by manpower to the ground track. 9.2.3 FEM (finite element analysis) calculation and rational design structure shall be adopted for the equipment to guarantee that equipment can work stably in the long run without loss of accuracy under pressure testing of bogie. |
3. 投标人资格要求Qualification Requirements For Bidder
业绩要求：投标人近三年（2014年-2016年）应具有制造和/或销售本招标要求的同规格或类似设备（不低于本招标要求）的业绩并提供近三年的业绩清单，出具相关业绩的销售合同复印件（合同首尾页）或终验收证明，否则，将否决其投标。
Qualifications or Performance：
The bidder must provide the achievement list with selling and/or manufacturing record of the bidding equipment of the same or/and similar model (with specification no inferior to the requirements of the Bidding Document) from 2014 to 2016 and the copies of sales contract (the first page and the ending page of the contract) or final acceptance certificate. Otherwise, the bidding will be rejected.
