3. 本项目将要招标采购的范围包括：尼泊尔旅游文化部150万美元预算新能源电动车请参见附录1：文件清单及资料附件。Thecontract package to be procured includes：Pls. seeAppendix 1 PQ Documents and Data Attachment.

4．感兴趣的公司须从2017年2月4日起至2017年2月15日止的工作日内的9:00-17:00（北京时间）支付一笔不可退还的费用后，即人民币8000元，可立即获取电子版英文招标文件；如果需要，另外支付人民币2000元后，还可以获取电子版项目背景文件、现场图片资料、资审辅助资料等。

5．诚邀购买并阅读招标文件后的合格专业工程承包商、设备制造商或供货商或投标人应答。鼓励感兴趣的公司可以传真和邮件方式用中英文提供自身相关信息，证明自己有能力承担本项目（包括但不限于公司简介和手册、公司对外工程承包资质证书、类似合同业绩介绍及客户证明联系方式、主要翻译和技术人员联系方式等）。感兴趣的投标人应表明是否愿意单独或联合投标、支付报名及文件资料购买费用、国外服务佣金可承受比例等有关的条件和要求。
