投标人应具备的资格或业绩：2.9非CT安检设备制造商投标时，必须提供托CT安检设备制造商的有效的唯一授权书（一个品牌只能授权给一个代理商参与本项目的投标），如果同一品牌的制造商和代理商同时参与本项目的投标，则只接受制造商为投标人；上述授权书必须是正本。 2.10投标产品中的CT安检设备必须具有中国民用航空局颁发的《民用航空安全检查设备使用许可证书》。需提供处于有效期内的证书的复印件。 2.11投标产品中的CT安检设备必须具有国内机场实际使用业绩，须提供用户证明文件原件。 2.12本项目不接受联合体投标。
