Various qualification certificates must be provided:Business License (Business Registration), Operation License, ISO9001 QualityManagement System Certificate, and Notice on Query Result of Bribery CrimeArchive in Procuratorial Organ offered by the procuratorial organ at thedomestic bidder’s place of registration.

业绩要求：投标人近三年（2014年-至今）应具有制造和销售本招标要求的同规格或类似设备（不低于本招标要求）的业绩并提供近三年的业绩清单，出具相关业绩的销售合同复印件（合同首尾页，含设备名称等），否则，将否决其投标。

Requirements of Sales Achievements: The bidder mustprovide the achievement list with selling and/or manufacturing record of thebidding equipment of the same or/and similar model (with specification noinferior to the requirements of the Bidding Document) from 2014 to this day andthe copies of sales contract (the first page and the ending page of thecontract including the information of equipment) or final acceptancecertificate. Otherwise, the bidding will be rejected.
