上海宝华国际招标有限公司(以下称招标机构)受广州广汽宝商钢材加工有限公司(以下称买方)委托，就其800吨级进模压机全自动连续落料机组项目所需的下列货物进行国际公开招标，邀请合格投标人进行网上电子投标。
1. 招标货物名称、数量、技术规格和资金来源：
1)货物名称：800吨级进模压机全自动连续落料机组;
2)数量：1套;
3)主要技术参数：1）设计产能：5万吨/年冷轧钢板(500万片）（年时基数：3800小时（2班生产））； 2）材质：冷轧、电镀锌、热镀锌等钢卷。 　 材料表面质量： 满足汽车内板的加工要求　 料片形状：矩形、梯形、平行四边形、任意形状（落料模具）。 3）压力机公称压力：8000kN或以上 4）其它详见招标文件要求。;
4)资金来源：自筹资金(现汇项目);
2. 交货地点和交货时间：

2)交货时间：合同生效后9.5个月内FOB

3)Technical specifications：1)　Designed production capacity: 50 thousand tons/year cold-rolling steel plate (5 million pieces) (Annual operating hours:3800 hours (2-shift production) 2)Material quality: cold rolling, electric galvanization, hot galvanization and other steel coil. Material surface quality: satisfy processing requirements of internal plates of automobile Material shape: rectangular, trapezoid, rhomboid, any shapes (blanking mold) 3)Nominal pressure of press:8000kN or above 4)others:please refer to the tendering document;

5. Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：

6. Sales prices of the tendering document：One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.
Sales price is CNY 1500 or USD 200。
All tendering documents will be sold per bid package (or section). After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. The tendering documents sales are non-refundable.
