3.购买招标文件时间：2008年04月22日起每天（节假日除外）北京时间 8：30—11：30、13：30—17：00。
4.购买招标文件截止时间：投标截止时间之前24小时停止出售本公告招标项目的招标文件。
5.购买招标文件地点：宁波市国际招标有限公司招标三处309室
6.投标截止时间：所有投标文件应于2008年05月12日10：00（北京时间）之前递交到宁波大榭国际大酒店开标，迟到的投标文件和未购买招标文件者的投标将被拒绝。
7.开标时间和地点：定于 2008年05月12日10：00（北京时间）在宁波大榭国际大酒店公开开标。届时请参加投标的投标人代表出席开标仪式。

Entrusted by the purchaser, Ningbo International Tendering Co., Ltd invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers at home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and /or services by wary of International Competitive Bidding.
1. Name and quantity of the goods:

2. Price of the Bidding Documents: Package one RMB1200 or USD170 , Package two RMB1800 or USD255 , shall be on non-refundable payment to the following bank account, and another RMB￥50 (Home) or USD40(Abroad) shall be added for EMS postage for the Bidding Documents, if purchased by mail, and clearly indicating its usage and the Tendering No. on the remittance slip; this Co. shall not bear liabilities for any loss occurred by mail.
3. Time of selling the Bidding Documents: Between 8:30-11:30 AM and 13: 30-17:00 PM (Beijing Time, except holidays) from Apr.22, 2008
4. Deadline for selling the Bidding Documents: 24 hours before the Bid Opening.
5. Place for obtaining the Bidding Documents: Section 3 Ningbo International Tendering Co., Ltd.
6. Deadline for submitting the Bid Documents: Before 10:00 May.12 2008 (Beijing Time) to the Meeting Room of Da Xie International Hotel, the delayed Bid and the bid the bidder did not buy the Bidding Documents shall be rejected.
