In accordance with the Loan Agreements concluded between the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and Japan Bank for International Cooperation for Inland Higher Education Project (Heilongjiang Province) (C03-P191) , China International Tendering Company (ITC) is authorized to purchase the equipment/material listed below for Inland Higher Education Project (Heilongjiang Province) (C03-P191) under above mentioned project by way of International Competitive Bidding (ICB). All purchases shall be financed with the proceeds of the Loan.
We hereby invite sealed bids from manufacturers and/or trading companies organized and registered in and controlled by the eligible source countries. According to the stipulations of the Loan Agreements, the eligible source countries refer to China and Japan.
Interested manufacturers and/or trading companies are kindly requested to come to the Room No. 1102 of Fifth Floor of the Genertec Plaza for obtaining the bidding documents between 9:00 -11:00 a.m. and 1:30p.m-4:00p.m..
