2.2 Scope of tender: Power-Supply Line Work from 34.5KV Substation to Main Substation in the Stope for 20 million t/a Mining & Dressing Project of Ecuador Mirador Copper Mine

招标范围：采场34.5kV变配电站及总降至采场变配电站供电线路工程。

2.3 Scheduled construction period: 240 calendar days

计划工期：240日历天

3.Qualifications of Bidder

3.1 Bidder in Peoples Republic of China shall be an independent legal personality;

Bidder shall have qualification of Class II or above of general contracting in the field of power engineering construction or Class II or above of contracting in the field of power distribution/transformer engineering construction Class II or above of general contracting in the field of power electromechanical engineering, and must be registered in the Republic of Ecuador;

The proposed project manager shall be a Grade II or above certified construction engineer of the electromechanical engineering specialty, and holds the safety training certificate (Class B) of project manager, in addition, not undertake other construction when bidding;

Bidder shall have a performance of two similar projects of 34.5kV Transformer & Distribution Station andPower Supply Line at least in the past 5 years (before the deadline of bidding opening, which the date of completion acceptance shall be based).

中华人民共和国境内的投标人须具有独立法人资格；

投标人必须具备电力工程施工总承包二级及以上资质或输变电工程专业承包二级及以上资质或机电工程总承包二级及以上资质，且必须在厄瓜多尔共和国境内注册；

拟派项目经理为机电工程专业二级及以上注册建造师，并持有项目经理安全培训考核合格证（B类）且无在建工程；

投标人近5年（从开标截止之日起往前推算5年，以竣工验收日为准），具有不少于2个34.5kV变配电站及供电线路的类似工程业绩。

3.2 The bidder from other country or region shall have a performance of more than two similar projects of 34.5kV Transformer & Distribution Station and Power Supply Line in the past 5 years (before the deadline of bidding opening, which the date of completion acceptance shall be based).

其他国家或地区的投标人近5年（从开标截止之日起往前推算5年，以竣工验收日为准），具有不少于2个34.5kV变配电站及供电线路的类似工程业绩。

3.3 This joint venture tendering isn’t accepted for this tender.

本次投标不接受联合体投标。
