Due to the business development, FAW-Volkswagen is going to recruit annual agencies for dealer showroom materials set-up. See more details below:

1. 招募标准 Recruitment Standard：

1.1 依法成立企业，具有有效的企业法人营业执照及税务登记证明 ，有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度。参与招募的公司须成立于2013年12月31日之前,注册资金200万及以上，须在中国大陆设有固定办公室及厂房设备；

Enterprises established in accordance with the law, with an effective corporate business license and tax registration certificate, as well as a good business reputation and healthy financial accounting system. The company shall be established before December 31, 2013, with a registered capital of 2 million and above, as well as fixed office and plant facilities in mainland China；

1.2 公司须有3年及以上服务汽车客户的资历，设立在中国大陆办公室及工厂各类专业人员总计40人以上(包括设备操作人员，相关工艺技术人员等)；

The company must have more than 3 years of experience in serving automotive customers, over 40 professionals in mainland China offices and factories (including equipment operators, relevant technical personnel, etc.);

1.3 公司应具备与大型国际企业/品牌（或国内知名品牌）的同类合作经验，并可提供成功的合作品牌案例（汽车类为佳）；

The company should have the same kind of cooperation experience with large international companies / brands (or well-known domestic brands), and can provide a successful case of a cooperative brand (Automotive preferred)；

1.4 公司连续三年（2014年、2015年、2016年）的单一汽车客户经销商展厅物料平均营业额不低于200万人民币；

The company’s average turnover of a single automotive dealer showroom material mustn’t be less than RMB 2 million for sequent three years (2014, 2015, and in 2016);

1.5 作为大众品牌市场推广部经销商展厅布置物料代理公司，将配合市场推广部完成经销商展厅布置物料设计，制作，发运，安装，维护等相关工作；

As the dealer showroom material set-up agency of the Volkswagen Brand Marketing Communication Department, assisting the Marketing Communication Dept. with the showroom material design, manufacture, delivery, installation, maintenance and other related work;

1.6 具备多家物流公司资源，确保物料按时到店。

Possess a number of logistics company resources to ensure that materials are delivered on time

2.2商业机密保护：若招募成功，该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议。符合招募标准且有意愿参与招募评选的公司请将本公告第3条规定的资料简装版（密封处加盖公司公章）通过顺丰邮寄至一汽-大众汽车有限公司采购部,须在北京时间2017年9月1日24:00前投递，逾期提交的资料视为无效。另请以邮件形式通知顺丰邮寄时间和顺丰号，以备查档所需。

3. 须提交资料 Documents Required：

3.1申报表（请见附件）请如实填写贵司相关信息，加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

Application form (see attachment) please fill in your information, affix the company seal and ask the legal representative sign his/her signature

3.2公司资质：经年检合格的营业执照，税务登记证，组织机构代码证及其它证明材料；法人代表证明书或法人委托书；法人代表身份证、经办人身份证；（以上内容请提供复印件；营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息）；中国大陆办公室具体地址及相应成立时间（须提供证明材料）

3.3公司管理机构及人员情况：管理层机构及人员介绍，具体业务人员介绍（数量、工作年限、资质等），物料制作设计等相关技术人员（数量、工作年限、资质等），设备操作，物料复检，出库发运等相关人员（数量、工作年限、资质等）

The company management and staff organization situation, introduction of management and specific business personnel (number, work experience, qualifications, etc.) the team of materials design and other related technical personnel (number, work experience, qualifications and so on), team of the operation of equipment, materials review, delivery and other related personnel (number, work experience, qualifications etc.)

3.4 物料制作厂房（位置、面积、资质等）物料制作设备（品牌，型号，功能等）物流发运渠道相关证明。

Material production plant (location, area, qualification, etc.) material production equipment (brand, model, function, etc.) relevant proofs of logistics distribution channels.

3.5近三年（2014年、2015年、2016年）服务客户情况：在中国服务汽车品牌客户情况（服务时间、服务范围等）（请提供合同为证）

Customer serving experience in the past three years(2014,2015 and 2016): auto brand customer serving experience in China(serving time, serving scope, etc.)(please provide relevant contracts)

上述资料和信息必须属实。如查明有虚假资料和信息，将取消其招募资格。
