0714-164YUNGU0001/126基板玻璃清洗机8台本设备利用EUV、HPMJ、Shower、Megasonic、H2水及A/K等工具实现LTPS的基板清洗工艺。
0714-164YUNGU0001/127湿法刻蚀机2台本设备使用化学药品和超纯水，蚀刻基板表面的图形。
0714-164YUNGU0001/128湿法剥离机4台使用化学药品和超纯水，彻底清除玻璃基板上的光刻胶。
