Entrusted by Chang An Ford Automobile Co., Ltd, Chongqing International Investment Consultation Group Co., Ltd. invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders at home for the supply of the following goods by way of local competitive bidding.

重庆招标采购（集团）有限公司受长安福特汽车有限公司委托，对以下设备组织进行国内竞争性公开招标采购。现诚邀具有制造和供应能力的厂商与我们联系购买招标文件事宜，参加此项目招标设备的投标。

1. Name, quantity of equipment, and main technical data

Name: CX482&CX483 Prototype Body Tooling

★2. Qualification and sale experience requirements of bidder:

投标人资格业绩要求：

2.1. An eligible bidder should be one has the capacity to fulfill the contract,the particular requirements are as follows.

2.1.合格的投标人应具有圆满履行合同的能力，具体应符合下列条件：

2.1.1. The bidder should be a legal person who respond to the bid, and have a legal person qualification with the lawful operations and legitimate rights within the territory of China andindependently bear civil liabilities in accordance with the law. The bidder should provide copies of operation license, tax registration license, organization code (or license of those three integrate).

2.1.1.投标人必须是响应招标的法人具有在中国境内拥有合法经营权力，具有独立承担民事责任的能力。投标人须提供营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证复印件（或以上三合一的证件复印件）。

2.1.2. Bidder shall be a manufacture, representative is not allowed.

2.1.2.本项目投标人须为制造商，不允许代理商投标；

2.1.3. Joint bidding is not acceptable. Otherwise, the bidder will fail to win.

2.1.3.本项目不允许联合体投标。否则，将导致不中标。

2.1.4.The bidder shall provide unit, head of the letter of authorization. (see format IV - 8) and the Original certification.

2.1.4.投标人须提供《单位负责人授权书》（格式见招标文件第一册）及单位负责人身份证明（若单位负责人投标则不适用）。

2.2. Requirement of experience: Bidder has offered BIW tooling more than 3 items independently in the past 5 years calculated from the deadline of bid openning. The BIW tooling has been delivered to customer till bidding date. And each item is more than 40 sets fixtures or each item price over 5 Mil RMB. Proof of sale experience should be submitted in the bidding file.

2.2.业绩要求：自投标截止日起过去5年，投标人独立承接过至少3个白车身焊接工装夹具项目并在截止投标日期已完成交付，每个项目不得少于40套夹具或者单个项目合同金额大于500万人民币，投标时需提供业绩证明，业绩证明为：至少3份中标通知书复印件或包含招标全部业绩要求的合同相关页复印件（包括但不限于：合同签订主体、合同标的内容等），评标委员会保留审核原件的权利。

3. Price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of RMB 700 per set, an extra RMB 100(domestic) for express mail service. Please enclosing a copy of remittance Voucher by fax, let us know number of the bidding document, Name of the project, liaison, detailed address, Zip, telephone number, fax and E-mail address.

招标文件售价：700元人民币/份（国内邮购另付100元人民币）。并请传真附汇款凭证复印件、购买的招标文件编号、项目名称、联系人、详细地址、邮编、电话、传真及电子邮箱地址）。招标文件售后不退。

4.Time of selling bidding document: between 9:00 ~ 17:00 (Beijing time, except holidays) from October 9, 2017 to October 16, 2017at the address below.

发售招标文件时间: 2017年10月9日起至2017年10月16日(节假日除外),每天9:00至17:00 (北京时间)。

5. Place for obtaining the Bidding Documents: Room 2006 (San Bu Yi Chu office) on F20, Block A of Chong Zi Building, No.2 of Wu Jian Rd., Wu Lidian, Jiang Bei District, Chong Qing China.

购买招标文件地点：重庆市江北区五里店五简路2号重咨大厦A栋20楼2006室（三部一处）。

6.Deadline for submitting bids and time for bid opening: 10.00am (Beijing time) on October 31, 2017. Bids submitted after that will be rejected.

投标截止及开标时间: 2017年10月31日上午10:00(北京时间)；逾期送达的恕不接纳（投标除纸质文件外，必须提供电子文档文件一份）。欢迎投标人代表自愿出席。
