Guangdong Provincial Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Co. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding and traditional bidding.

1. Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data:

2. All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to contact the First Tendering Department, Guangdong Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Corporation to obtain bidding documents between 9:00-11:30am and 2:00-5:00pm (Beijing time) at the following address from Nov 13th, 2008 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) upon non-refundable payment of RMB200 or USD30 for each complete set of the first Bidding Documents. For mail order, please add RMB 50 (domestic) or USD 30 for each set. Payment of USD can not be in the form of cash.

3. As the tendering procedure shall be completed through internet, all bidders must register on www.chinabidding.com , print and send the registration form with its official seal to the said web site before the deadline for bid opening. (Those who have registered before for other tendering projects do not have to register again for this project.)

4. Bids must be delivered to the First Tendering Department, Guangdong Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Corporation on or before2:30pm of Dec 4th, 2008 (Beijing time).

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at 2:30pm of Dec 5th, 2008 (Beijing time) at 11F boarding room of Guangdong Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Corporation.
