1、招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：
太钢CCPP工程规模遵循以煤气量定机型的原则。太钢提供高炉煤气23~25×104m3/h做主要燃料供CCPP电站使用，同时提供适量焦炉煤气供掺烧，提高燃料热值。机组的容量由投标方根据提供的煤气量自行决定。投标方可根据自已的产品系列对消耗的煤气量做适当的调整，为减少高炉煤气排放量，应最大限度地回收利用太钢剩余的高炉煤气量。
本次采购的范围包括燃气轮机、煤气压缩机、发电机及相关的辅助设备、电气及控制系统等。合同商需负责包内合同设备的供应，系统及所供设备的设计、计算机编程、安装指导、调试，单机及系统性能保证及相关服务工作等。

CMC International Tendering Co.entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.
1.Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data:
The CCPP Project of Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., LTD follows the principle of “determining the type of unit according to gas volume”. At present, Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) LTD is able to supply 23~25×104m3/h redundant blast furnace gas as a main fuel CCPP power plant for use, and meanwhile appropriate coke oven gas mixed together as a supplementary fuel to increase the heat value. The capacities of the power plant unit to be proposed by the bidder shall be determined by himself according to the gas volume thus provided. The Bidder can properly adjust the gas consumption of the CCPP unit according to the product series he may propose. In order to decrease the discharge of blast furnace gas, redundant blast furnace gas must be recycled to the utmost extent.
The combined cycle power plant will be comprised of gas turbine, gas compressor, generator, and its auxiliaries, Instrument and control system, computer systems and software and so on. The work scope of the bidder includes the design, manufacture, transportation, installation supervision, training, software programming and pre-commissioning, commissioning, the function guarantee for operation and related services.
