Qualifications or Performance：

Bidder must be the manufacturer or manufacturer directly authorized agents to participate in the bidding, has been successfully registered in the China International Tendering Network (www.chinabidding.com), and in the tender registration and purchase of tender documents. Tender products manufacturers must pass ISO9001 or equivalent quality system certification, and provide the appropriate certificate; tender product manufacturers have more than three years experience in the manufacture of tender products. In the past three years,there have been no less than 9 tonnage 1500T (including 1500T) press lines. Provides a list of results for the past three years (Sept. 2014 to Sept. 2017). The list must include but not limited to the following: user name, model number, date of acceptance, etc. The bidding company has been operating normally for nearly three years, and no loss can be found. The financial statement of the past three years (from September 2014 to September 2017) will be provided.

The supplier should have a good after-sales service centers and related service personnel in Chinese Mainland, and issue the appropriate evidence.
