0714-1740CSOT0009/06纯水系统1套本系统主要用于将由买方提供的工业用自来水，经过纯化后供应符合水质要求的超纯水给各个用水端使用。并将回收水经过回收、提升系统回收后纯化，再导回纯水系统供给水源以减少自来水的使用量。
0714-1740CSOT0009/07化学品系统1套本系统包含化学品供应系统和废液回收系统,要求化学品供应系统必须提供符合SEMI认证证书及相关GB标准；废液收集系统要求符合相关GB标准。
0714-1740CSOT0009/08特种气体系统1套本设备主要用于LTPS-AMOLED制造过程中特种气体的供应系统。要求该设备结构设计合理，采用先进成熟技术，保证系统具有良好的动态品质。所选控制系统执行元件精度高，可靠性好，响应速度快。设备使用、操作、维修方便，造型美观，结构紧凑，整机运行稳定可靠，售后服务优良。
0714-1740CSOT0009/09大宗气输配系统1套本系统主要由承包商负责大宗气体站至各使用点的输配管道工程的设计、安装、测试、试运行及完工后的保固运行。要求如下： 1.1 提供满足生产工艺及其他使用点需求的大宗气体输配。 1.2 保证供应系统供气的安全性、连续性及可靠性。 1.3 提供高安全性、高质量、高计划性、高效率、节能的工程施工与管理。
