2.1 Site of Project: Mirador Copper Mine, Prov. Zamora-Chinchipe, S. Ecuador

工程实施地点：厄瓜多尔萨莫拉钦奇佩省米拉多铜矿

2.2 Scope of tender: Including 225m3 of dry-stack stone, 201723m3 of total excavation work, 47500m3 of topsoil to be conveyed outside, 154223m3 of sand gravel to be conveyed outside, 140m3 of masonry work, and 2880 m2 of gravel layer of road to be paved for dredging.

尾矿库施工期间沉淀池主要工作量包括干堆石225m3、总挖方量201723m3、表土外运量47500m3、砂砾石外运量154223m3、浆砌石砌筑140m3、清淤道路砂砾层铺设2880 m2。

2.3 Scheduled construction period: 60calendar days

3 Qualifications of Bidder

投标人资格要求

3.1 Bidder in Peoples Republic of China shall be an independent legal personality; Bidder shall have construction qualification of Class III or above of general contracting in the field of municipal utility engineering or constructional engineering, and must be registered in the Republic of Ecuador; the proposed project manager shall be a Grade II or above certified construction engineer in the field of the municipal utility engineering, and holds the safety training certificate (Class B) of project manager, in addition, not undertake other construction when bidding;

Bidder shall have a performance of one similar project at least in the past 5 years (before the deadline of bidding opening, which the date of completion acceptance shall be based).

中华人民共和国境内的投标人须具有独立法人资格；投标人必须具备市政公用工程施工总承包或建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，且必须在厄瓜多尔共和国境内注册；拟派项目经理为市政公用工程专业二级及以上注册建造师，并持有项目经理安全培训考核合格证（B类）且无在建工程；

投标人近5年（从开标截止之日起往前推算5年，以竣工验收日为准），具有不少于一个类似工程业绩。

3.2 The bidder from other country or region shall have a performance of one similar slope control work at least in the past 5 years (before the deadline of bidding opening, which the date of completion acceptance shall be based).

其他国家或地区的投标人近5年（从开标截止之日起往前推算5年，以竣工验收日为准），具有不少于一个类似工程业绩。

3.3 This joint venture tendering isn’t accepted for this tender.

本次投标不接受联合体投标。

5.2 The bidding documents can be obtained from January 19, 2018 to January 25,2018 (Ecuador time).

5.3All bidding information, including tender announcement, announcement on bidding winner, and tender clarifications issued in the column of "Online Bidding" on the website: http://www.tnmg.com.cn/, as well as data sent to the potential bidders emails shall be prevail, rather than any information in other forms. Please pay attention to the relevant information columns closely, such as "Tender Announcement", "Announcement on Bidding Winner", and "Tender Clarifications" under the title of "Construction Project". The bidder shall bear responsibilities himself in case that he doesnt know the necessary information, such as announcements and clarifications due to his own reasons.

6 Submission of the tender documents

6.1 Deadline for tenders’ submission is Pm 16:00, February 8, 2017 (Ecuador time); Place for submission is Meeting Room E4 (the 3rd floor of Main Building) of new office building at Mirador Camp，El Pangui City Prov. Zamora-Chinchipe, S. Ecuador.

6.2 The bidder won’t be accepted in the event that his bid documents haven’t been sent to the specified place or not in time.
