中煤招标有限责任公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受中天合创能源有限责任公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就采煤机设备及相关服务进行国际公开招标，现邀请合格投标人进行密封投标。
China Coal Tendering Co., Ltd., (hereinafter called “Tendering Agent or CCTC”), who is authorized and entrusted by the Owner i.e. Zhong Tian He Chuang Energy Company limited (hereinafter called Buyer), invites by way of International Competitive Bid the eligible Bidders to submit their bids for The Shearer procurement.

3. 招标文件售价
Price for the Bidding Documents
本招标文件售价为3000元（人民币贰仟元整）或500美元（美元伍佰元整），售后不退。
RMB3000.00 or USD500.00 for each bidding document, non-refundable.
4. Time for Obtaining the Bidding Documents
购买招标文件时间：
2018年3月14日起至2018年3月21日止，每天上午9:00-11:00和下午14:00-16:00 (北京时间)，法定节假日除外。未领购招标文件不得参加投标。
Within 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. to 16:00 p.m. (Beijing time) on working days From March 14, 2018 to March 21, 2018(Weekends and holidays excepted).
Any legal person or organization that has not purchased the bidding documents is not allowed to participate in the bid.
